Reports, formal decisions and other official documents of the Committee and its subsidiary bodies relating to articles 20, 21 and 22 of the Convention shall be distributed by the secretariat to all members of the Committee, to the States parties concerned and, as may be decided by the Committee, to members of its subsidiary bodies and to others concerned.
2- تقوم الأمانة بتوزيع جميع ما يتصل بالمواد 20 و21 و22 من الاتفاقية من تقارير ومقررات رسمية ووثائق رسمية أخرى خاصة باللجنة وهيئاتها الفرعية على جميع أعضاء اللجنة والدول الأطراف المعنية، وكذلك توزيعها، حسبما تقرر اللجنة، على أعضاء الهيئات الفرعية للجنة وغيرهم من المعنيين بالأمر.

2- تقوم الأمانة بتوزيع جميع ما يتصل بالمواد 20 و21 و22 من الاتفاقية من تقارير ومقررات رسمية ووثائق رسمية أخرى خاصة باللجنة وهيئاتها الفرعية على جميع أعضاء اللجنة والدول الأطراف المعنية، وكذلك توزيعها، حسبما تقرره اللجنة، على أعضاء الهيئات الفرعية للجنة وغيرهم من المعنيين بالأمر.

Written statements submitted by the designated representatives referred to in rules 59 to 65 shall be distributed by the secretariat to all delegations in the quantities and in the language in which the statements are made available to it at the site of the Conference, provided that a statement submitted on behalf of a non-governmental organization is related to the work of the Conference and is on a subject in which it has a special competence.
تقوم الأمانة بتوزيع البيانات المكتوبة التي يقدمها الممثلون المسمون المشار اليهم في المواد من 59 إلى 65 على جميع الوفود بالأعداد وباللغات التي تقدم بها هذه البيانات إلى الأمانة في مكان انعقاد المؤتمر، شريطة أن يكون البيان المقدم باسم منظمة غير حكومية متصلا بأعمال المؤتمر ومتعلقا بموضوع يكون من اختصاص هذه المنظمة.
