8-3 وفيما يتعلق بادعاءات صاحب الشكوى أنه سيتعرض للسَّجن والتعذيب عند عودته إلى أفغانستان، يجب على اللجنة أن تقيّم ما إذا كانت هناك أسباب حقيقية تدعو إلى اعتقاد أن صاحب الشكوى سيتعرض شخصياً لخطر التعذيب لدى عودته إلى بلد منشئه.

9.3 With regard to the complainant's claims that she risks imprisonment in Burundi and that imprisonment is inevitably followed by ill-treatment, torture and rape, the Committee must evaluate whether there are substantial grounds for believing that she would be personally in danger of being subjected to torture upon return to her country of origin.
9-3 وفيما يتعلق بادعاءات صاحبة الشكوى بأنها ستتعرض للسَّجن في بوروندي، وأن هذا السجن سيكون حتماً مصحوباً بسوء المعاملة والتعذيب والاغتصاب، يجب على اللجنة أن تقيّم ما إذا كانت هناك أسباب حقيقية تدعو إلى الاعتقاد بأن صاحبة الشكوى ستتعرض شخصياً لخطر التعذيب لدى عودتها إلى بلدها الأصلي.

8.2 With regard to the complainant's claim under article 3 of the Convention, the Committee must evaluate whether there are substantial grounds for believing that he would be personally in danger of being subjected to torture upon return to his country of origin.

9-3 وفيما يتعلق بادعاءات صاحب الشكوى أنه سيتعرض للسجن في أوزبكستان وأن سجنه سيفضي لا محالة إلى إساءة معاملته وتعذيبه مثلما حصل له في السجن في الفترة ما بين عامي 2005 و2008، يجب على اللجنة أن تقيّم ما إذا كانت هناك أسباب حقيقية تدعو إلى الاعتقاد بأن صاحب الشكوى سيتعرض شخصياً لخطر التعذيب لدى عودته إلى بلده الأصلي.
