Pursuant to rule 37 of the draft Rules of Procedure of the Assembly of States Parties (PCNICC/2001/1/Add.4), it is envisaged that a secretariat would be responsible for receiving, translating, reproducing, distributing and keeping custody of documents and decisions of the Assembly, the Bureau and any subsidiary bodies that may be established by the Assembly, as well as providing interpretation.
