وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف كذلك على التشديد على حقوق الإنسان المتعلقة بالمرأة في جميع برامج التعاون الإنمائي مع المنظمات الدولية والجهات المانحة الثنائية، بغية التصدي للأسباب الاجتماعية والاقتصادية المؤدية إلى التمييز ضد المرأة، والأسباب الاجتماعية والثقافية المؤدية إلى فقر المرأة، وبخاصة تلك التي تمس الريفيات، وذلك عن طريق جميع موارد الدعم المتاحة.

In so doing, we reaffirm the importance of the international community’s adoption of a comprehensive, coordinated approach consisting of plans and strategies aimed at dealing with the basic causes of violations of human rights, especially those that compromise human dignity — including famine, poverty, disease, backwardness and violence — so as to guarantee justice and development for all of humankind.
