Unless the treaty otherwise provides, a State or an international organization may formulate an objection to a reservation by the end of a period of 12 months after it is notified of the reservation or by the date on which such State or international organization expresses its consent to be bound by the treaty, whichever is later.
ما لم تنص المعاهدة على خلاف ذلك، يجوز لدولة أو منظمة دولية أن تبدي اعتراضا على تحفظ إما قبل انقضاء فترة اثني عشر شهراً على تاريخ إشعارها بالتحفظ، أو في تاريخ إعراب تلك الدولة أو المنظمة الدولية عن رضاها بالالتزام بالمعاهدة، إذا كان ذلك لاحقا للتحفظ.

ما لم تنص المعاهدة على حكم مخالف، يجوز لدولة أو منظمة دولية أن تصوغ اعتراضاً على تحفظ إما قبل انقضاء فترة اثني عشر شهراً على تاريخ إشعارها بالتحفظ، أو في تاريخ إعراب تلك الدولة أو المنظمة الدولية عن موافقتها على الالتزام بالمعاهدة، أيهما كان لاحقاً.

" Interpretative declaration " means a unilateral statement, however phrased or named, made by a State or an international organization, whereby that State or that organization purports to specify or clarify the meaning or scope of a treaty or of certain of its provisions.
يعني " الإعلان التفسيري " إعلاناً انفرادياً، أياً كانت صيغته أو تسميته، تصدره دولة أو منظمة دولية وتهدف به تلك الدولة أو المنظمة الدولية إلى تحديد أو إيضاح معنى أو نطاق المعاهدة أو بعض أحكامها.

If this undertaking is not only an internal matter between the injured entities, it could lead to the loss for the former State or international organization of the right to invoke responsibility according to article 46.
وإذا لم يكن هذا الالتزام مجرد مسألة داخلية بين الكيانات المضرورة، فإنه قد يؤدي إلى سقوط حق تلك الدولة أو المنظمة الدولية في الاحتجاج بالمسؤولية وفقاً للمادة 46.

The partial withdrawal of a reservation is the modification of that reservation by the reserving State or international organization for the purpose of limiting the legal effect of the reservation and ensuring more completely the application of the provisions of the treaty, or of the treaty as a whole, to that State or that international organization.

If this engagement is not only an internal matter between the injured entities, it could lead to the loss for the former State or international organization of the right to invoke responsibility according to article 49.
وإذا لم يكن هذا الالتزام مجرد مسألة داخلية بين الكيانات المضرورة، فإنه قد يؤدي إلى سقوط حق تلك الدولة أو المنظمة الدولية في الاحتجاج بالمسؤولية وفقاً للمادة 49.
