(e) such organizations or arrangements shall compile data and make them available in a timely manner and in an agreed format to all interested States under the terms and conditions established by the organization or arrangement; and
)ﻫ( تتولى تلك المنظمات أو الترتيبات تجميع البيانات وتوفيرها في الوقت المناسب، وفي شكل متفق عليه، الى جميع الدول المهتمة باﻷمر، بموجب اﻷحكام والشروط التي تضعها المنظمة أو الترتيب؛

وتقوم تلك المنظمات أو الترتيبات بتجميع البيانات وإتاحتها في الوقت المناسب وفي شكل متفق عليه الى جميع الدول المهتمة باﻷمر بموجب اﻷحكام والشروط التي تضعها المنظمة أو الترتيب، مع المحافظة على سرية البيانات غير المجمعة. كما ينبغي أن تضع الى الحد الممكن عمليا، نظم قواعد بيانات تتيح الوصول بكفاءة الى البيانات.

Conservation and management measures should be reviewed regularly by a panel of independent scientists or by management bodies within the regional fisheries management organizations and arrangements, and revised to ensure consistency with the best available science and the management objectives of the organization or arrangement.
وينبغي أن يقوم بشكل منتظم فريق من العلماء المستقلين أو هيئات إدارية في المنظمات والترتيبات الإقليمية المعنية بإدارة مصائد الأسماك بإعادة النظر في تدابير الحفظ والإدارة، وتنقيحها بغية ضمان الاتساق مع أفضل الأهداف العلمية والتنظيمية التي حددتها تلك المنظمات أو الترتيبات.
