In view of article 2 of the Convention, the Committee urges the State party to ensure that all children enjoy equal rights under the Convention without discrimination on any ground, and to this end:
23- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف، في ضوء المادة 2 من الاتفاقية، على أن تكفل تمتع جميع الأطفال بنفس الحقوق المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية دونما تمييز لأي سبب من الأسباب وتحقيقاً لهذه الغاية تحثها على ما يلي:

(a) Strengthen its efforts to ensure that all children enjoy equal access to health services, with particular emphasis on children in rural areas and from minority groups;
(أ) تكثيف جهودها الرامية إلى ضمان تمتع جميع الأطفال بفرص متساوية في الحصول على الخدمات الصحية، مع تشديد خاص على أطفال المناطق الريفية والأقليات؛

The Committee also urges the State party to undertake all measures necessary for ensuring that all children have the right, from birth and to the greatest extent possible, to know and be cared for by their parents.

598. The Committee recommends that the State continue to strengthen and expand efforts to ensure that children from all ethnic groups fully enjoy their rights, in particular those mentioned in article 30 of the Convention.

84. JS11 recommended ensuring that all children can enjoy the right to free primary education, without discrimination, by improving the quality of public education.
