The Committee recommends that the State party consider withdrawing or narrowing the scope of its reservation to article 2 of the Convention, and to broaden the protection afforded by the law against discriminatory acts perpetrated by private individuals, groups or organizations.
توصي اللجنة بأن تنظر الدولة الطرف في سحب تحفظها على المادة 2 من الاتفاقية أو تضييق نطاقه، وفي توسيع نطاق الحماية التي يوفرها القانون من أفعال التمييز الصادرة عن أفراد أو عن جماعات أو منظمات خاصة.

The Committee again suggests that the State party consider withdrawing its reservation to article 4 of the Convention.
133- وتقترح اللجنة من جديد أن تنظر الدولة الطرف في سحب تحفظها على المادة 4 من الاتفاقية.

The Committee recommends that the State party consider withdrawing its reservation and enact legislation to give full effect to article 4 of the Convention, as well as to provide for effective remedies according to article 6.
توصي اللجنة بأن تنظر الدولة الطرف في سحب تحفظها وسن قانون يسمح بإنفاذ المادة 4 من الاتفاقية بالكامل، وينص أيضاً على وسائل انتصاف فعالة وفقاً للمادة 6.

135. With regard to the declarations made by the State party regarding articles 4 and 6 of the Convention, the Committee recommends that the State party consider withdrawing these declarations.
١٣٥ - وفيما يتعلق باﻹعلانات التي أصدرتها الدولة الطرف بخصوص المادتين ٤ و ٦ من الاتفاقية، توصي اللجنة بأن تنظر الدولة الطرف في سحب هذه اﻹعلانات.

The Committee reiterates its previous recommendation that the State party consider withdrawing its reservations to article 2, paragraph 1 (a), and article 4 of the Convention.
تكرر اللجنة توصيتها السابقة بأن تنظر الدولة الطرف في سحب تحفظاتها على الفقرة 1(أ) من المادة 2 والمادة 4 من الاتفاقية.

7. The Committee encourages the State party to advance in its efforts concerning the withdrawal of its reservations made on articles 2 and 10 of the Convention and recommends that the State party consider withdrawing its declaration on article 2, paragraph 1.
7- وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على تعزيز جهودها المتصلة بسحب تحفظيها على المادتين 2 و10 من الاتفاقية وتوصي بأن تنظر الدولة الطرف في سحب إعلانها المتعلق بالفقرة 1 من المادة 2.

The Committee recommends that the State party consider withdrawing its declaration and take all possible measures to ensure protection and respect for the rights of children under the Optional Protocol in the territory beyond the effective control of the State party to the extent possible.
9- توصي اللجنة بأن تنظر الدولة الطرف في سحب إعلانها واتخاذ جميع التدابير الممكنة لتضمن، قدر الإمكان، حماية حقوق الأطفال بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري واحترامها في الإقليم الواقع خارج السيطرة الفعلية للدولة الطرف.

(40) The Committee reiterates its recommendation that the State party consider withdrawing its reservations and declarations to the Convention (A/55/44, para. 124).
(40) وتكرر اللجنة توصيتها بأن تنظر الدولة الطرف في سحب تحفظاتها وإعلاناتها المتعلقة بالاتفاقية (الفقرة 124 من الوثيقة A/55/44).

Furthermore, the Committee suggests that the State party consider withdrawing its declarations made under article 21 (b) and (d) of the Convention, in view of the fact that these declarations have become irrelevant as a result of the State party's accession to the above—mentioned Hague Convention.
كما تقترح اللجنة أن تنظر الدولة الطرف في سحب الإعلانين اللذين أبدتهما في إطار الفقرتين (ب) و(د) من المادة 21 من الاتفاقية، إذ لم يعد هناك ما يقتضيهما بعد انضمام الدولة الطرف إلى اتفاقية لاهاي المذكورة أعلاه.

Furthermore, the Committee suggests that the State party consider withdrawing its declarations made under article 21 (b) and (d) of the Convention, in view of the fact that these declarations have become irrelevant as a result of the State party’s accession to the above-mentioned Hague Convention.
كما تقترح اللجنة أن تنظر الدولة الطرف في سحب الإعلانين اللذين أصدرتهما في إطار الفقرتين (ب) و(د) من المادة 21 من الاتفاقية، إذ لم يعد هناك ما يقتضيهما بعد انضمام الدولة الطرف إلى اتفاقية لاهاي المذكورة أعلاه.

69. In the light of the Vienna Declaration and Plan of Action of the World Conference on Human Rights of 1993 (A/CONF.157/23), the Committee recommends that the State party consider withdrawing the reservation made to article 28, paragraph 1 (a), of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
69- توصي اللجنة، في ضوء إعلان وبرنامج عمل فيينا الصادرين عن المؤتمر العالمي لحقوق الإنسان لعام 1993 (A/CONF.157/23)، بأن تنظر الدولة الطرف في سحب التحفظ الذي أبدته على الفقرة 1(أ) من المادة 28 من اتفاقية حقوق الطفل.
