وللجنة أيضاً أن توجه نظر هذه الهيئات إلى أي مسألة تنشأ عن البلاغات التي تنظر فيها بموجب هذا البروتوكول والتي يمكن أن تساعد تلك الهيئات، كل واحدة في مجال اختصاصها، في التوصل إلى قرار بشأن استصواب اتخاذ تدابير دولية من شأنها أن تسهم في مساعدة الدول الأطراف على إحراز تقدم في تنفيذ الحقوق المعترف بها في العهد.

The Committee may also bring to the attention of such the bodies and States referred to in the previous paragraph any matter arising out of communications considered under the present Protocol which may assist them in deciding, each within its field of competence, on the advisability of international measures likely to contribute to assisting States Parties in achieving progress in implementation of the rights recognized in the Covenant.
2- وللجنة أيضاً أن توجه نظر هذه الهيئات والدول المشار إليها في الفقرة السابقة إلى أي مسألة تنشأ عن البلاغات التي تنظر فيها بموجب هذا البروتوكول والتي يمكن أن تساعدها، كل واحدة في مجال اختصاصها، في التوصل إلى قرار بشأن استصواب اتخاذ تدابير دولية من شأنها أن تسهم في مساعدة الدول الأطراف على إحراز تقدم في تنفيذ الحقوق المعترف بها في العهد.

The Committee may, on its own initiative, compile information available to it, including from the United Nations bodies, for its consideration under article 6, paragraph 1, of the Optional Protocol.
يجوز للجنة، بمبادرة منها، أن تقوم بتجميع المعلومات المتاحة لديها، بما في ذلك المعلومات التي أتاحتها لها هيئات الأمم المتحدة، لكي تنظر فيها بموجب الفقرة 1 من المادة 6 من البروتوكول الاختياري.
