In the same resolution, the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to make proposals for the incorporation of a medium-term plan chapter to cover the activities of section 1 of the budget in the proposed revisions to the medium-term plan for the period 2002-2005, to be considered by the Committee for Programme and Coordination at its forty-second session.

The working group was reminded that the Commission on Narcotic Drugs and the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice, at their sessions held in March and April 2012, respectively, were expected to review the proposed strategic framework and provide their comments to the Secretariat, for consideration by the Committee for Programme and Coordination.

16 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم مقترحات بإدراج فصل يتعلق بالخطة المتوسطة الأجل لتغطية أنشطة الباب 1 من الميزانية في التنقيحات المقترحة للخطة المتوسطة الأجل للفترة 2002-2005()، تنظر فيها لجنة البرنامج والتنسيق في دورتها الثانية والأربعين؛

The General Assembly, under section 22 (Human rights) of its resolution 56/253, noted that resources proposed for activities related to the right to development, research and analysis were not clearly defined in subprogramme 1, and requested the Secretary-General to present concrete proposals to address that issue in the context of the revisions of the medium-term plan to be considered by the Committee for Programme and Coordination.
ولاحظت الجمعية العامة في إطار الباب 22 (حقوق الإنسان) من قرارها 56/253 أن الموارد المقترحة للأنشطة المتصلة بممارسة الحق في التنمية والبحث والتحليل لم يتم التمييز بينها بصورة واضحة في البرنامج الفرعي 1، وطلبت أن يقدم الأمين العام مقترحات عملية لمعالجة هذه المسألة في سياق تنقيحات الخطة المتوسطة الأجل لكي تنظر فيها لجنة البرنامج والتنسيق.
