To continue to support training and capacitybuilding activities to assist countries in implementing the global monitoring plan for subsequent effectiveness evaluations and to work with partners and other relevant organizations to undertake implementation activities.
أن تواصل دعمها لأنشطة التدريب وبناء القدرات بغية مساعدة البلدان في تنفيذ خطة الرصد العالمية في تقييمات الفعالية المقبلة، وأن تعمل مع الشركاء وسائر المنظمات ذات الصلة للاضطلاع بأنشطة التنفيذ.

To continue to support training and capacitybuilding activities to assist countries in implementing the global monitoring plan for subsequent effectiveness evaluations and to work with partners and other relevant organizations to undertake implementation activities;
(ب) أن تواصل دعمها لأنشطة التدريب وبناء القدرات بغية مساعدة البلدان في تنفيذ خطة الرصد العالمية لتقييمات الفعالية المقبلة، وأن تعمل مع الشركاء وسائر المنظمات ذات الصلة للاضطلاع بأنشطة التنفيذ؛

(a) Option 1: the Conference of the Parties establishes an evaluation panel which receives national reports and non-compliance information from the Secretariat and global monitoring information from a global coordinating group established to oversee all elements of the implementation of a global monitoring plan.
(أ) الخيار 1: ينشئ مؤتمر الأطراف فريق خبراء معني بالتقييم يتولى تلقي التقارير الوطنية والمعلومات الخاصة بعدم الامتثال من الأمانة، ومعلومات الرصد العالمي من فريق تنسيق عالمي ينشأ للإشراف على جميع عناصر تنفيذ خطة الرصد العالمية.

The Conference also decided to establish a provisional ad hoc technical working group to coordinate and oversee implementation of the global monitoring plan.
كما قرر المؤتمر إنشاء فريق عامل تقني مخصص مؤقت لتنسيق تنفيذ خطة الرصد العالمية والإشراف عليه.

The programme is designed to provide capacity-building to support the implementation of the global monitoring plan on persistent organic pollutants under Article 16 of the Convention;
والبرنامج مصمم لتقديم بناء القدرات لدعم تنفيذ خطة الرصد العالمية للملوثات العضوية الثابتة بموجب المادة 16 من الاتفاقية؛

Encourages parties to consider the conclusions and recommendations referred to in paragraph 1 and engage actively in the implementation of the global monitoring plan and the effectiveness evaluation and, in particular:

Also decides to establish a provisional ad hoc technical working group of 15 representatives of Parties of the five United Nations regions to coordinate and oversee implementation of the global monitoring plan as provided in the annex to the present decision;
3 - يقرر أيضاً إنشاء فريق عامل تقني مخصص مؤقت مكون من 15 ممثلاً من ممثلي الأطراف من أقاليم الأمم المتحدة الخمسة لتنسيق تنفيذ خطة الرصد العالمية والإشراف عليها على النحو المنصوص عليه في مرفق هذا المقرر؛

Coordinating and overseeing the implementation of the global monitoring plan, taking into consideration the work already achieved;
(أ) تنسيق تنفيذ خطة الرصد العالمية والإشراف عليه، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار ما تم إنجازه بالفعل من أعمال؛

(g) To remind Parties of the need to engage actively in the implementation of the global monitoring plan and the effectiveness evaluation;
(ز) تذكير الأطراف بالحاجة إلى المشاركة الفعالة في تنفيذ خطة الرصد العالمية وتقييم الفعالية؛

Identifying impediments to the implementation of the global monitoring plan and actions to tackle them;
(ج) تحديد العقبات التي تعترض تنفيذ خطة الرصد العالمية والإجراءات المتخذة لتذليلها؛

Encourages parties to consider the conclusions and recommendations referred to in paragraph 1 and engage actively in the implementation of the global monitoring plan and the effectiveness evaluation, in particular:
5 - يشجع الأطراف على النظر في الاستنتاجات والتوصيات المشار إليها في الفقرة 1 وعلى المشاركة على نحو نشط في تنفيذ خطة الرصد العالمية وفي تقييم الفعالية، خاصة:

(h) To request the Secretariat, within available resources, to continue supporting training and capacitybuilding activities to assist countries in implementing the global monitoring plan for subsequent effectiveness evaluations and to work with partners and other relevant organizations to undertake the implementation activities;
(ح) أن يطلب إلى الأمانة، وفي حدود الموارد المتاحة، مواصلة دعم أنشطة التدريب وبناء القدرات، وذلك لمساعدة البلدان في تنفيذ خطة الرصد العالمية لخدمة تقييمات الفعالية التالية، والعمل مع الشركاء والمنظمات الأخرى المختصة على الاضطلاع بأنشطة التنفيذ؛

To continue to support, subject to the availability of resources, training and capacitybuilding activities to assist countries in implementing the global monitoring plan for subsequent effectiveness evaluations and to work with partners and other relevant organizations to undertake implementation activities;
(ج) أن تواصل، رهناً بتوافر الموارد، دعمها لأنشطة التدريب وبناء القدرات بغية مساعدة البلدان في تنفيذ خطة الرصد العالمية في إطار تقييمات الفعالية المقبلة، وأن تعمل مع الشركاء وسائر المنظمات ذات الصلة للاضطلاع بأنشطة التنفيذ؛

Also requested the Secretariat, within available resources, to continue to support training and capacitybuilding activities to assist countries in implementing the global monitoring plan for subsequent effectiveness evaluations and to work with partners and other relevant organizations to undertake implementation activities.
(ج) طلب إلى الأمانة أيضاً أن تواصل، في حدود الموارد المتاحة، دعم أنشطة التدريب وبناء القدرات لمساعدة البلدان في تنفيذ خطة الرصد العالمية من أجل تقييمات الفعالية اللاحقة والعمل مع الشركاء والمنظمات الوثيقة الصلة الأخرى للاضطلاع بأنشطة التنفيذ.

To endorse the guidance document on the global monitoring plan, invite Parties to use it as appropriate in implementing the global monitoring plan and request the Secretariat to identify modalities for updating the guidance document, taking into consideration any comments received from Parties.
(ﻫ) يوافق على وثيقة التوجيه المتعلقة بخطة الرصد العالمية، ويدعو الأطراف إلى استعمالها حسب الاقتضاء في تنفيذ خطة الرصد العالمية ويطلب من الأمانة تحديد وسائل تحديث وثيقة التوجيه مع مراعاة أي تعليقات ترد من الأطراف؛

(b) Option 2: the Conference of the Parties establishes two panels. The first reviews the national reports and non-compliance information provided by the Secretariat. The second reviews the monitoring data from a global coordinating group established to oversee all elements of the implementation of a global monitoring plan.
(ب) الخيار 2: ينشئ مؤتمر الأطراف فريقي خبراء؛ يستعرض الأول التقارير الوطنية ومعلومات عدم الامتثال التي تقدمها الأمانة؛ ويستعرض الفريق الثاني بيانات الرصد الواردة من فريق التنسيق العالمي الذي ينشأ للإشراف على جميع عناصر تنفيذ خطة الرصد العالمية.
