With regard to recommendation 4, paragraph (a), it was agreed that it should be revised to reflect the understanding reached with respect to the relationship between the United Nations Convention on the Assignment of Receivables in International Trade (the " United Nations Assignment Convention " ) and the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment (Cape Town, 2001).

The National Child Policy had been revised to incorporate issues of sexual and labour exploitation, and the Penal Code had been amended to cover offences relating to child pornography, cultural practices harmful to children, strengthening of the penalty against defilement (defined as sex with a person under age 16) and stiffer penalties for child trafficking and child prostitution.

With respect to the definition of " certificated non-intermediated securities " , it was agreed that the word " paper " should be retained outside square brackets, subparagraph (d)(i) should follow a functional approach and thus be revised to refer to the terms of the certificate, and the bracketed text in subparagraph (d)(ii) should be retained outside square brackets.
76- وفيما يخص تعريف مصطلح " الأوراق المالية غير المودعة لدى وسيط والمشفوعة بشهادة " اتُّفق على الإبقاء على كلمة " ورقية " مع حذف المعقوفتين اللتين تحيطان بها، وعلى أن تتبع الفقرة الفرعية (د) `1` نهجاً وظيفيًّا ومن ثمَّ، فقد اتُّفق على تنقيحها لكي تشير إلى شروط الحصول على شهادة، واتُّفق على الإبقاء على النص الموضوع بين معقوفتين في الفقرة الفرعية (د) `2` مع حذف المعقوفتين اللتين تحيطان به.

Another suggestion was that the words “by issuing a certificate” should be revised in order to make it clear that the standard of conduct contained in the provision covered both the “issuing” of the certificate to its client by the certification authority and the “disclosing” of information with respect to the certificate to any relying party by the certification authority.
وثمة اقتراح آخر مؤداه أن عبارة " عند إصدار الشهادة " ينبغي تنقيحها لكي توضح أن معيار السلوك الوارد في الحكم يغطي ، كلا من " اصدار " سلطة التصديق للشهادة الى العميل و " كشف " سلطة التصديق عن المعلومات المتعلقة بالشهادة ﻷي طرف معتمد على الشهادة .
