In that resolution, the Council, inter alia, lifted for the period of one year, until 1 September 1996, the restrictions on the sale or supply of arms and related matériel to the Government of Rwanda.
وفي ذلك القرار، قام المجلس، في جملة أمور، برفع القيود المفروضة على بيع أو توريد اﻷسلحة واﻷعتدة ذات الصلة إلى حكومة رواندا، وذلك لمدة سنة واحدة، حتى ١ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٦.

3. Decides also that the restrictions referred to in paragraph 2 above shall not apply to the sale or supply of arms and related matériel for the sole use in Sierra Leone of the Military Observer Group of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOMOG) or the United Nations;
٣ - يقرر أيضا ألا تسري القيود المشار إليها في الفقرة ٢ أعلاه على بيع أو توريد اﻷسلحة واﻷعتدة ذات الصلة المقرر أن يكون استخدامها في سيراليون مقصورا على فريق المراقبين العسكريين التابع للجماعة الاقتصادية لدول غرب أفريقيا، أو اﻷمم المتحدة؛

(d) Decides that the measures imposed by subparagraphs (a) and (b) above shall not apply to supplies of arms and related materiel and technical training and assistance intended solely for support of or use by UNMIL;
(د) يقرر عدم تطبيق التدابير المفروضة بموجب الفقرتين الفرعيتين (أ) و (ب) أعلاه على توريد الأسلحة والأعتدة ذات الصلة والتدريب والمساعدة التقنيين اللتين يراد بهما حصرا دعم بعثة الأمم المتحدة في ليبريا، أو استخدامها من قبلها؛

The P-3 Programme Officer, to be based in Abidjan, will be under the supervision of the Chief of the Integrated Embargo Unit and will assist in the monitoring of potential violations of the embargo on importation of arms and related material into Côte d'Ivoire (see A/66/529, para. 13).
وسيعمل موظف البرامج من الرتبة ف-3 الذي سيكون مقره في أبيدجان تحت إشراف رئيس الخلية المعنية بالحظر، وسيقدم المساعدة على رصد احتمال انتهاك الحظر المفروض على توريد الأسلحة والأعتدة ذات الصلة إلى كوت ديفوار (انظر A/66/529، الفقرة 13).

(a) With immediate effect and until 1 September 1996, the restrictions imposed by paragraph 13 of resolution 918 (1994) shall not apply with regard to the sale or supply of arms and related matériel to the Government of Rwanda (para. 7);

7. In accordance with paragraph 7 of resolution 1011 (1995), the restrictions imposed by paragraph 13 of resolution 918 (1994) on the sale or supply of arms and related matériel to the Government of Rwanda were lifted with immediate effect, that is 16 August 1995, until 1 September 1996.
٧ - وفقا للفقرة ٧ من القرار ١٠١١ )١٩٩٥(، رُفعت القيود المفروضة بموجب الفقرة ١٣ مــن القــرار ٩١٨ )١٩٩٤( على بيع أو توريد اﻷسلحة واﻷعتدة ذات الصلة إلى حكومة رواندا، وذلك مع التنفيذ الفوري، أي اعتبارا من ١٦ آب/أغسطس ١٩٩٥ حتى ١ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٦.

9. In paragraph 3 of its resolution 1053 (1996) of 23 April 1996, the Security Council expressed its determination that the prohibition on the sale or supply of arms and related matériel to non-governmental forces for use in Rwanda should be implemented fully in accordance with resolution 1011 (1995).
٩ - أعرب مجلس اﻷمن، في الفقرة ٣ من قراره ١٠٥٣ )١٩٩٦( المؤرخ ٢٣ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٦، عن تصميمه على ضرورة تنفيذ الحظر المفروض على بيع أو توريد اﻷسلحة واﻷعتدة ذات الصلة إلى القوات غير الحكومية لاستخدامها في رواندا تنفيذا كاملا وفقا للقرار ١٠١١ )١٩٩٥(.

3. Further decides that the restrictions referred to in paragraph 2 above shall not apply to the sale or supply of arms and related matériel for the sole use in Sierra Leone of the Military Observer Group of the Economic Community of West African States or the United Nations;
٣ - يقرر كذلك ألا تسري القيود المشار إليها في الفقرة ٢ أعلاه على بيع أو توريد اﻷسلحة واﻷعتدة ذات الصلة المقرر أن يكون استخدامها في سيراليون مقصورا على فريق المراقبين العسكريين التابع للجماعة الاقتصادية لدول غرب أفريقيا، أو اﻷمم المتحدة؛

(a) To collect information and investigate reports relating to the sale or supply of arms and related matériel to former Rwandan government forces in the Great Lakes region in violation of Council resolutions 918 (1994) of 17 May 1994, 997 (1995) of 9 June 1995 and 1011 (1995);

8. Decides also that on 1 September 1996 the restrictions imposed by paragraph 13 of resolution 918 (1994) on the sale or supply of arms and related matériel to the Government of Rwanda shall terminate, unless the Council decides otherwise after its consideration of the second report of the Secretary-General referred to in paragraph 12 below;
٨ - يقرر أيضا إنهاء القيود المفروضة بموجب الفقرة ١٣ من القرار ٩١٨ )١٩٩٤( بشأن بيع أو توريد اﻷسلحة واﻷعتدة ذات الصلة الى حكومة رواندا، في ١ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٦، ما لم يقرر المجلس خلاف ذلك بعد أن يكون قد نظر في التقرير الثاني المقدم من اﻷمين العام والمشار اليه في الفقرة ١٢ أدناه؛

The Commission would collect information and investigate reports relating to the sale or supply of arms and related matériel to former Rwandese government forces in violation of the embargo imposed under Security Council resolutions 918 (1994) of 17 May 1994 and 1011 (1995) of 16 August 1995.

It was indicated that the Group of Experts had recommended that, in order to ensure continuity and experience, UNOCI should have a permanent customs monitoring expertise to assist in the monitoring of potential violations of the embargo on importation of arms and related material into Côte d'Ivoire (S/2011/272, para. 331).
وأشير إلى أن فريق الخبراء أوصى بأن يكون لدى عملية الأمم المتحدة في كوت ديفوار، ضماناً للاستمرارية والخبرة، وظيفة دائمة لخبير استشاري في الرقابة الجمركية للمساعدة في رصد الانتهاكات المحتملة للحظر المفروض على توريد الأسلحة والأعتدة ذات الصلة إلى كوت ديفوار (S/2011/272، الفقرة 331).
