The agenda for development should aim at the optimum utilization of scarce financial resources and should adjust its recommendations according to the diverse problems faced by the developing countries, particularly the least developed countries, small island developing States and land-locked countries.
٣٣ - ويجب أن تهدف خطة للتنمية إلى تحقيق الاستخدام اﻷمثل للموارد المالية المحدودة المتاحة واﻹعراب عن توصيات وفقا لمختلف المشاكل التي تواجه البلدان النامية وبخاصة أقل البلدان نموا والدول الجزرية الصغيرة والبلدان غير الساحلية.
