All applicants requiring the mediation of adoption or foster care must comply with the conditions specified by the Act on Social and Legal Protection of Children. In the first place, such applicants have to meet the following requirements:
وينبغي لجميع طالبي الوساطة في التبني أو الكفالة أن يمتثلوا للشروط المبينة في قانون توفير الحماية الاجتماعية والقانونية للطفل، ويتعين على أصحاب الطلب في المقام الأول أن يستوفوا المتطلبات التالية:

Everyone has a duty to alert the body responsible for Social and Legal Protection of children and social trusteeship whenever a child's rights are infringed.
ويقع على كل فرد واجب تنبيه الهيئة المسؤولة عن توفير الحماية الاجتماعية والقانونية للأطفال وعن الوصاية الاجتماعية، كلما حدث تعدٍّ على حقوق الطفل.

According to the law on Social and Legal Protection of children and on social trusteeship, all entities carrying out measures in the field of Social and Legal Protection of children or social trusteeship are obliged to ensure that the rights of the child are not threatened or infringed.
وتعتبر جميع الكيانات التي تنفذ تدابير في مجال توفير الحماية الاجتماعية والقانونية للأطفال، أو الوصاية الاجتماعية، ملزمة بموجب القانون المتعلق بتوفير الحماية الاجتماعية والقانونية للأطفال وقانون الوصاية الاجتماعية، بأن تكفل عدم تعرض حقوق الطفل لما يهددها أو ينتقص منها.

The authority for Social and Legal Protection of children and social trusteeship, in carrying out measures for the Social and Legal Protection of children and social trusteeship for infants must proceed in accordance with the valid domestic regulations and with international conventions related to the protection of the rights of the child.
ويجب على السلطة المختصة بتوفير الحماية الاجتماعية والقانونية للأطفال والوصاية الاجتماعية، أن تتوخى، أثناء تنفيذها لتدابير توفير الحماية الاجتماعية والقانونية للأطفال والوصاية الاجتماعية فيما يتعلق بالرضّع، العمل وفقا للأنظمة المحلية السارية والاتفاقيات الدولية ذات الصلة بحماية حقوق الطفل.

67. Training of social workers and workers of Social and Legal Protection of children (hereinafter only as " SLPC " ) in the area of domestic violence is guaranteed and provided by the MLSA.

276- ويُمكن أيضاً للآباء أو سائر الأشخاص المكلفين بتربية الأطفال طلب المساعدة من مرافق المشورة المتخصصة في رعاية الأطفال وفقاً للمادة 40 من قانون توفير الحماية الاجتماعية والقانونية للطفل.

278. The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs has recently submitted to the Government the amendment of the Act on Social and Legal Protection of Children which emphasizes the importance of the child development within family environment.

352. While noting that the principle of the " interest and welfare " of the child is contained in the Act on the Family and in the Law on Social and Legal Protection of Children, the Committee is concerned that the principle of primary consideration for the best interests of the child is still not adequately defined and reflected in all legislation, court decisions and policies affecting children.

10. While welcoming Amendment No. 134/2006 Coll. to the State party's Social and Legal Protection of Children Act (Act No. 359/1999 Coll.), the Committee is concerned that a comprehensive review of all its legislation in order to accord children their rightful status as rights holders and ensure the full compatibility of its domestic law with the Convention has yet to take place.
10- ترحب اللجنة بالتعديل رقم 134 من مجموعة قوانين عام 2006 المتعلق بقانون توفير الحماية الاجتماعية والقانونية للطفل في الدولة الطرف (القانون رقم 359 من مجموعة قوانين عام 1999.)، إلا أنها تشعر بالقلق إزاء عدم قيامها حتى الآن، بإجراء استعراض شامل لجميع تشريعاتها بغية منح الطفل المركزَ الذي يستحقه بوصفه صاحب حقوق، وضمان التوافق التام لقانونها الداخلي مع أحكام الاتفاقية.
