These contributions, identified in the table below as " net of participant contributions " are deducted from the overall liability to determine the residual obligation of UNFPA.
وهذه الاشتراكات الواردة في الجدول أدناه باعتبارها " مخصوما منها اشتراكات المساهمين في الخطط " تُخصم من الالتزام العام لتحديد التزامات صندوق السكان المتبقية.

(iii) Contributions from retirees and a portion of the contributions from active staff are deducted from the gross liability in order to arrive at the Organization's residual liability in accordance with cost-sharing ratios authorized by the General Assembly.
' 3` تُخصم اشتراكات المتقاعدين وجزء من اشتراكات الموظفين العاملين من إجمالي الالتزام بهدف حساب إجمالي الالتزام المتبقي على المنظمة على أساس نسب تقاسم التكاليف المأذون بها من الجمعية العامة.

10. Decides that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Mission of Observers, their share of the unencumbered balance of 1,548,000 dollars gross (1,402,800 dollars net) for the period from 17 June to 15 December 1995 shall be set off against their outstanding obligations;
١٠ - تقرر، بالنسبة للدول اﻷعضاء التي لم تف بالتزاماتها المالية لبعثة المراقبين، أن تُخصم من التزاماتها غير المســددة حصتها في الرصيــد غير المرتبط به البالغ إجماليه ٠٠٠ ٥٤٨ ١ دولار )صافيه ٨٠٠ ٤٠٢ ١ دولار( للفترة من ١٧ حزيران/يونيه الى ١٥ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٥؛

In such cases, the air transportation charges included in the rations contract were discounted at the time of billing for the rations supplied by the contractor.
وفي هذه الحالات، تُخصم رسوم النقل الجوي المدرجة في عقد حصص الإعاشة من الفواتير التي يقدّمها المتعاقد.

Decides also that there shall be set off against the apportionment among Member States, as provided for in paragraph 11 above, their respective share in the remaining unencumbered balance of 2,402,500 dollars gross (2,800,700 dollars net) in respect of the period from 22 September 1993 to 21 April 1994;

32. Decides further that, in accordance with the provisions of its resolution 973 (X) of 15 December 1955, there shall be set off against the apportionment among Member States, as provided for in paragraphs 30 and 31 above, the amount of 11,149,250 dollars, consisting of:

Decides also that, for Member States that have fulfilled their financial obligations to the Mission of Observers, there shall be set off against the apportionment, as provided for in paragraph 7 above, their respective share in the unencumbered balance of 1,312,200 dollars gross (1,260,800 dollars net) in respect of the period from 16 December 1995 to 30 June 1996;

Thus, contributions from retirees are deducted from the gross liability and, commencing with the 31 December 2009 valuation, a portion of the contributions from active staff is also deducted to arrive at the Centre's residual liability in accordance with cost-sharing ratios authorized by the General Assembly.
ومن ثم تُخصم الاشتراكات المحصلة من المتقاعدين من إجمالي الالتزامات، واعتبارا من التقييم الذي أجري في 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2009، يُخصم أيضا جزء من الاشتراكات المحصلة من الموظفين العاملين للوصول إلى تحديد التزامات المركز المستمرة وفقاً لنسب تقاسم التكاليف التي أذنت بها الجمعية العامة.

لذلك، تُخصم مساهمات المتقاعدين من إجمالي الالتزامات، ويُخصم أيضا جزء من مساهمات الموظفين العاملين، من أجل التوصل إلى تحديد الالتزامات المتبقية على المنظمة، وفقا لنسب تقاسم التكاليف التي تأذن بها الجمعية العامة.

:: The delayed deployment factor for international staff is 54 per cent; the above totals are therefore discounted to 161, 216 and 271 respectively.

(vii) Maintenance and repairs of capital assets are charged against the appropriate budgetary accounts.
`7` تُخصم تكاليف صيانة وتصليح الأصول الرأسمالية من حسابات الميزانية المناسبة.

4. Any penalty or part thereof which the offender has served or paid abroad for the same offence shall be deducted from the penalty imposed by the Cuban court; if, however, this is not possible owing to different types of penalties, the adjustment shall be made in the way the court deems fairest.
4 - وإذا كان مرتكب الجريمة قد قضى في الخارج عقوبة، سواء كلها أو جزءا منها، عن نفس الجريمة، فإنها تُخصم من العقوبة الصادرة عن المحكمة الكوبية؛ لكن إذا تعذر إجراء هذا الخصم بسبب اختلاف نوع العقوبتين، تقرر الحكمة مدة العقوبة وفق الطريقة التي تعتبرها الأكثر إنصافا.

(b) Adjustments that arise subsequent to the closing of an extrabudgetary account (i.e., a trust fund, special account, project, etc.) shall be debited or credited against miscellaneous income in that selfsame account.
(ب) تُخصم من الإيرادات المتنوعة في أي حساب من الحسابات الخارجة عن الميزانية (أي صندوق استئماني، أو حساب خاص، أو مشروع، إلخ) أو تضاف إليها أية تسويات تنشأ بعد إقفال ذلك الحساب. القاعدة103-7

When a staff member has compensatory time off to his or her credit at the end of a calendar month, any absence during that month not charged to sick leave or official holiday shall be charged first to his or her compensatory time off.
وعندما يكون لدى الموظف إجازات تعويضية في رصيده في نهاية شهر تقويمي، فإن أي فترة غياب خلال ذلك الشهر غير محتسبة كإجازة مرضية أو عطلة رسمية تُخصم أوّلاً من إجازاته التعويضية.
