- Satisfied with the adoption of the Central African Convention for the Control of Small Arms and Light Weapons, Their Ammunition and All Parts and Components That Can Be used for their manufacture, Repair and Assembly;
" نعرب عن ارتياحنا لاعتماد اتفاقية أفريقيا الوسطى لمراقبة الأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة وذخائرها وجميع القطع والمكونات التي يمكن أن تُستخدم في صنع هذه الأسلحة وتصليحها وتركيبها؛

Taking into account the porous nature of borders between our States and how difficult it is for States to stop the illicit trade and trafficking in small arms and light weapons, their ammunition and all parts and components that can be used for their manufacture, repair and assembly;
وإذ ندرك كذلك سهولة اختراق حدود دولنا والصعوبات التي تواجهها الدول في وضع حد للتجارة والاتجار غير المشروعين بالأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة وذخائرها وجميع القطع والمكونات التي يمكن أن تُستخدم في صنع هذه الأسلحة وتصليحها وتركيبها؛

3. Combat armed violence and ease the human suffering caused in Central Africa by the illicit trade and trafficking in small arms and light weapons, their ammunition and all parts and components that can be used for their manufacture, repair and assembly;
3 - مكافحة العنف المسلح والتخفيف من وطأة المعاناة الإنسانية الناجمة، في وسط أفريقيا، عن التجارة والاتجار غير المشروعين بالأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة وذخائرها وجميع القطع والمكونات التي يمكن أن تُستخدم في صنع هذه الأسلحة وتصليحها وتركيبها؛

1. Prevent, combat and eradicate, in Central Africa, the illicit trade and trafficking in small arms and light weapons, their ammunition and all parts and components that can be used for their manufacture, repair and assembly;
1 - منع التجارة والاتجار غير المشروعين بالأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة وذخائرها وجميع القطع والمكونات التي يمكن أن تُستخدم في صنع هذه الأسلحة وتصليحها وتركيبها، ومكافحتهما والقضاء عليهما في وسط أفريقيا؛

2. Strengthen the control, in Central Africa, of the manufacture, trade, movement, transfer, possession and use of small arms and light weapons, their ammunition and all parts and components that can be used for their manufacture, repair and assembly;
2 - تعزيز الرقابة، في وسط أفريقيا، على صنع الأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة وذخائرها وجميع القطع والمكونات التي يمكن أن تُستخدم في صنع هذه الأسلحة وتصليحها وتركيبها، والتجارة بها وتداولها ونقلها وحيازتها واستخدامها؛

1. The States Parties shall establish and maintain, at the national level, a centralized electronic database on small arms and light weapons, their ammunition and all parts and components that can be used for their manufacture, repair and assembly.
1 - تنشئ الدول الأطراف، على المستوى الوطني، قاعدة بيانات إلكترونية ومركزية بشأن الأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة وذخائرها وجميع القطع والمكونات التي يمكن أن تُستخدم في صنع هذه الأسلحة وتصليحها وتركيبها، وتعمل على تحديثها.

(d) The date of registration of small arms and light weapons, their ammunition and all parts and components that can be used for their manufacture, repair and assembly;
(د) تاريخ تسجيل الأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة وذخائرها وجميع القطع والمكونات التي يمكن أن تُستخدم في صنع هذه الأسلحة وتصليحها وتركيبها؛

2. The information exchanged may concern criminal groups and networks of illicit trafficking in small arms and light weapons, their ammunition and all parts and components that can be used for their manufacture, repair and assembly.
2 - يمكن أن يكون موضوع المعلومات التي يجري تبادلها الجماعات الإجرامية وشبكات التجارة غير المشروعة بالأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة وذخائرها وجميع القطع والمكونات التي يمكن أن تُستخدم في صنع هذه الأسلحة وتصليحها وتركيبها.

(a) The type and number of small arms and light weapons, their ammunition and all parts and components that can be used for their manufacture, repair and assembly;
(أ) نوع وعدد الأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة وذخائرها وجميع القطع والمكونات التي يمكن أن تُستخدم في صنع هذه الأسلحة وتصليحها وتركيبها؛

10. The States Parties stipulate that requests for assistance in tracing small arms and light weapons, their ammunition and all parts and components that can be used for their manufacture, repair and assembly, shall contain detailed information, including, inter alia:
10 - تقضي الدول الأطراف بأن تتضمن طلبات الحصول على مساعدة في مجال تعقب الأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة وذخائرها وجميع القطع والمكونات التي يمكن أن تُستخدم في صنع هذه الأسلحة وتصليحها وتركيبها، معلومات مفصلة تشمل بوجه خاص:

13. The States Parties shall record in their respective national databases and shall exchange information on industrial and home-based manufacturers of small arms and light weapons, their ammunition and all parts and components that can be used for their manufacture, repair and assembly.
13 - تسجل الدول الأطراف في قواعد بياناتها الوطنية المعلومات المتعلقة بالمصنعين والصانعين اليدويين للأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة وذخائرها وجميع القطع والمكونات التي يمكن أن تُستخدم في صنع هذه الأسلحة وتصليحها وتركيبها، وتتبادل هذه المعلومات فيما بينها.

(a) Illicit trafficking in small arms and light weapons, their ammunition and all parts and components that can be used for their manufacture, repair and assembly;
(أ) الاتجار غير المشروع بالأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة وذخائرها وجميع القطع والمكونات التي يمكن أن تُستخدم في صنع هذه الأسلحة وتصليحها وتركيبها؛

(b) The illicit manufacture of small arms and light weapons, their ammunition and all parts and components that can be used for their manufacture, repair and assembly;
(ب) الصنع غير المشروع للأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة وذخائرها وجميع القطع والمكونات التي يمكن أن تُستخدم في صنع هذه الأسلحة وتصليحها وتركيبها؛

(c) The illicit possession and use of small arms and light weapons, their ammunition and all parts and components that can be used for their manufacture, repair and assembly;
(ج) الحيازة والاستخدام غير المشروعين للأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة وذخائرها وجميع القطع والمكونات التي يمكن أن تُستخدم في صنع هذه الأسلحة وتصليحها وتركيبها؛

1. Each State Party shall establish a national commission to serve as a coordinating body for the action taken by the State to combat illicit trade and trafficking in small arms and light weapons, their ammunition and all parts and components that can be used for their manufacture, repair and assembly.
1 - تُنشئ كل دولة طرف لجنة وطنية لمكافحة التجارة والاتجار غير المشروعين بالأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة وذخائرها وجميع القطع والمكوِّنات التي يمكن أن تُستخدم في صنع هذه الأسلحة وتصليحها وتركيبها، وتكون بمثابة هيئة تُعنى بتنسيق الإجراءات التي تتخذها الدولة في هذا الشأن.

They also encouraged member States to ratify key subregional instruments, such as the Central African Convention for the Control of Small Arms and Light Weapons, Their Ammunition and All Parts and Components That Can Be used for their manufacture, Repair and Assembly (the Kinshasa Convention).
وشجعا أيضا الدول الأعضاء على التصديق على الصكوك الرئيسية على الصعيد دون الإقليمي، مثل اتفاقية وسط أفريقيا لمراقبة الأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة وذخائرها وجميع القطع والمكونات التي يمكن أن تُستخدم في صنع هذه الأسلحة وتصليحها وتركيبها (اتفاقية كنشاسا).

(e) Transfer: the import, export, transit, trans-shipment and transport or other movement to, across and from the territory of one State Party of small arms and light weapons, their ammunition and all parts and components that can be used for their manufacture, repair and assembly;
(هـ) النقل: استيراد وتصدير وعبور وإعادة شحن ونقل الأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة وذخائرها وجميع القطع والمكونات التي يمكن أن تُستخدم في صنع هذه الأسلحة وتصليحها وتركيبها وأي حركة أخرى، أياً كانت، باتجاه أراضي دولة طرف، أو على أراضيها، أو انطلاقاً من أراضيها.

(a) Type or model, calibre and quantity of small arms and light weapons, their ammunition and all parts and components that can be used for their manufacture, repair and assembly, found in the national territory of each State Party, including those manufactured locally;
(أ) نوع أو طراز الأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة وذخائرها وجميع القطع والمكونات التي يمكن أن تُستخدم في صنع هذه الأسلحة وتصليحها وتركيبها على الأراضي الوطنية لكل دولة طرف، بما فيها المصنوعة محلياً، وعيارها وكميتها؛
