Poland, as a signatory of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property, was committed to the prevention of trafficking in works of art and other objects of cultural heritage.
40- قالت بولندا، بوصفها دولة موقِّعة على اتفاقية منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتربية والعلم والثقافة بشأن الوسائل التي تُستخدم لحظر ومنع استيراد وتصدير ونقل ملكية الممتلكات الثقافية بطرق غير مشروعة، إنها ملتزمة بمنع الاتِّجار بالأعمال الفنية وغيرها من الموروثات الثقافية.

A number of States parties indicated that they applied primarily the UNESCO Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property of 1970 for the protection of cultural property.
54- وأشار عدد من الدول الأطراف إلى أنه يُطبّق أساسا اتفاقية اليونسكو بشأن الوسائل التي تُستخدم لحظر ومنع استيراد وتصدير ونقل ملكية الممتلكات الثقافية بطرق غير مشروعة لعام 1970 لحماية الممتلكات الثقافية.

(c) Criminalization of the import, export or transfer of cultural property in accordance with article 3 of the Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property;

Accordingly, they can seize and repatriate upon importation stolen objects documented as appertaining to the inventory of a museum or religious or secular public monument or similar institution of any State party to the 1970 UNESCO Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property.
وتبعا لذلك، فإنَّ بإمكانها ضبط الأشياء المسروقة الموثَّقة باعتبارها مدرجة في قوائم الجرد الخاصة بمتحف أو نُصُب ديني أو علماني أو مؤسسة مماثلة لدى أيِّ دولة طرف في اتفاقية اليونسكو بشأن الوسائل التي تُستخدم لحظر ومنع استيراد وتصدير ونقل ملكية الممتلكات الثقافية بطرق غير مشروعة لعام 1970، وإعادة تلك الأشياء إلى بلدان منشئها لدى استيرادها.

Algeria reported that it had ratified the 1970 UNESCO Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property, the 1995 UNIDROIT Convention on Stolen or Illegally Exported Cultural Objects and the 1973 concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage and that it had adopted national legislation in compliance with these instruments.
5- أفادت الجزائر بأنها كانت قد صدَّقت على اتفاقية اليونسكو بشأن الوسائل التي تُستخدم لحظر ومنع استيراد وتصدير ونقل ملكية الممتلكات الثقافية بطرق غير مشروعة لعام 1970، واتفاقية المعهد الدولي لتوحيد القانون الخاص المتعلقة بالممتلكات الثقافية المسروقة أو المصدرة بطرق غير مشروعة لعام 1995، واتفاقية عام 1973 المتعلقة بحماية التراث العالمي الثقافي والطبيعي، وأنها اعتمدت تشريعات وطنية تمتثل لهذه الصكوك.

UNODC attended, as an observer, the first meeting to review the practical operation of the 1995 Convention on Stolen or Illegally Exported Cultural Objects and the meeting of States parties to the 1970 Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property held in Paris in June 2012.
26- وحضر المكتب، بصفة مراقب، الاجتماع الأول المعني باستعراض أعمال اتفاقية سنة 1995 المتعلقة بالممتلكات الثقافية المسروقة أو المصدَّرة بطرق غير مشروعة واجتماعَ الدول الأطراف في اتفاقية سنة 1970 بشأن الوسائل التي تُستخدم لحظر ومنع استيراد وتصدير ونقل ملكية الممتلكات الثقافية بطرق غير مشروعة، اللذين عُقدا في باريس في حزيران/يونيه 2012.

All States are encouraged to consider ratifying the conventions related to protection against trafficking in cultural property, in particular the Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property, the Convention on Stolen or Illegally Exported Cultural Objects and the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime.
6- تُشجَّع جميع الدول على النظر في التصديق على الاتفاقيات ذات الصلة بالحماية من الاتجار بالممتلكات الثقافية، لا سيما الاتفاقية المتعلقة بالوسائل التي تُستخدم لحظر ومنع استيراد وتصدير ونقل ملكية الممتلكات الثقافية بطرق غير مشروعة، والاتفاقية المتعلقة بالممتلكات الثقافية المسروقة أو المصدَّرة بطرق غير مشروعة، واتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية.()

All States are encouraged to consider ratifying the conventions related to protection against trafficking in cultural property, in particular the 1970 Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property, the 1995 Convention on Stolen or Illegally Exported Cultural Objects and the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime.
4- تُشجّع جميع الدول على النظر في التصديق على الاتفاقيات ذات الصلة بالحماية من الاتجار بالممتلكات الثقافية، لا سيما اتفاقية سنة 1970 المتعلقة بالوسائل التي تُستخدم لحظر ومنع استيراد وتصدير ونقل ملكية الممتلكات الثقافية بطرق غير مشروعة() واتفاقية سنة 1995 المتعلقة بالممتلكات الثقافية المسروقة أو المُصدّرة بطرق غير مشروعة() واتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية.()

One State proposed the replacement of those sections with three general chapters, namely one on the 1970 Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property (to be drafted by UNESCO), one on the INTERPOL enforcement tools (to be drafted by the INTERPOL secretariat) and one on examples of best practices (to be provided by Member States).
