It should review criminal convictions based solely on confessions in order to identify instances of wrongful convictions based on evidence obtained through torture or ill-treatment, and take appropriate remedial measures and inform the Committee on its findings.
وينبغي للدولة الطرف أن تقوم بمراجعة الإدانات الجنائية التي لا تقوم سوى على اعترافات بغية تحديد الحالات التي صدرت فيها إدانات خاطئة تقوم على أدلة تم الحصول عليها عن طريق التعذيب وسوء المعاملة، وأن تتخذ تدابير علاجية مناسبة وأن تُعلم اللجنة باستنتاجاتها.

the Committee shall inform the person submitting the request for urgent action of its recommendations to the State party concerned and of the observations thereto and any other information provided to it by the State party as they become available.
تُعلم اللجنة الشخص المقدم لطلب اتخاذ إجراءات عاجلة بتوصياتها المقدمة إلى الدولة الطرف المعنية وملاحظات الدولة الطرف عليها وأي معلومات أخرى تقدمها الدولة الطرف إلى اللجنة، عند توافرها.

3- تُعلم اللجنة الدولة الطرف المعنية برغباتها فيما يتعلق بتوقيت الزيارة والتسهيلات المطلوبة لتمكين العضو أو الأعضاء الذين تعيّنهم اللجنة من إجراء التحري والاضطلاع بمهامهم.

Any information that the Secretariat may receive from the party on the matter will be included in an addendum to the present report or will be communicated to the Committee at its fortyseventh meeting, as appropriate.
وستقوم الأمانة بإدراج أي معلومات تتلقاها من الطرف في إضافة إلى هذا التقرير، أو تُعلم اللجنة بها في اجتماعها السابع والأربعين، وفقاً للمقتضى.

The State party should also inform the Committee about the remedies, including adequate compensation provided, to Khaled El-Masri, in accordance with article 14 of the Convention.

It also recommends that the State party regularly conduct impact assessments of its legislation, policies, plans and programmes to ensure that measures taken lead to the desired goals, and that it inform the Committee about the results achieved in the implementation of the Convention in its next periodic report.
وتوصي أيضا الدولة الطرف بأن تجري بانتظام تقييمات للأثر المترتب على تشريعاتها وسياساتها وخططها وبرامجها وذلك لكفالة أن تحقق التدابير المتخذة أهدافها المرجوة، وبأن تُعلم اللجنة في تقريرها الدوري المقبل بالنتائج المحققة في مجال تنفيذ الاتفاقية.
