5. As more than one third of the membership of the Council supported the above-mentioned request, the Council convened informative consultations on the matter on 14 October 2009 and decided to convene a special session of the Council on 15 October 2009.
5 - وبما أن أكثر من ثُلث أعضاء المجلس قد أيدوا الطلب المذكور أعلاه، فقد عقد المجلس مشاورات إعلامية بشأن هذه المسألة في 14 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2009 وقرر أن يعقد جلسة استثنائية للمجلس في 15 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2009.

5. As more than one third of the membership of the Council supported the above-mentioned request, the Council convened informative consultations on the matter on 14 October 2009 and decided to convene a special session of the Council on 15 October 2009.
5- وبما أن أكثر من ثُلث أعضاء المجلس قد أيدوا الطلب المذكور أعلاه، فقد عقد المجلس مشاورات إعلامية بشأن هذه المسألة في 14 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2009 وقرر أن يعقد جلسة استثنائية للمجلس في 15 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2009.

5. As more than one third of the membership of the Human Rights Council supported the above-mentioned request, the President of the Council, following consultations with the main sponsors, decided to convene open-ended informative consultations on 1 December 2011 and a special session of the Council on 2 December 2011.
5- وبما أن أكثر من ثُلث أعضاء المجلس قد أيدوا الطلب المذكور أعلاه، فقد قرر رئيس المجلس، عقب مشاورات مع مقدمي الطلب الرئيسيين، أن يعقد مشاورات إعلامية مفتوحة في 1 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2011 ودورة استثنائية للمجلس في 2 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2011.

1. Pursuant to paragraph 10 of General Assembly resolution 60/251, and in accordance with rule 6 of the rules of procedure of the Human Rights Council as contained in the annex to Council resolution 5/1, the Council shall hold special sessions, when needed, at the request of a member of the Council with the support of one third of the membership of the Council.
1- عملاً بالفقرة 10 من قرار الجمعية العامة 60/251، ووفقاً للمادة 6 من النظام الداخلي لمجلس حقوق الإنسان كما يرد في مرفق قرار المجلس 5/1، يعقد المجلس، عند الضرورة، دورات استثنائية بناء على طلب عضو من أعضائه، بتأييد ثُلث أعضاء المجلس.

5. As more than one third of the membership of the Human Rights Council supported the above-mentioned request, the President of the Council, following consultations with the main sponsors, decided to convene open-ended informative consultations on 31 May 2012 and a special session of the Council on 1 June 2012.
5- وبما أن أكثر من ثُلث أعضاء المجلس قد أيدوا الطلب المذكور أعلاه، فقد قرر رئيس المجلس، عقب مشاورات مع مقدمي الطلب الرئيسيين، أن يعقد مشاورات إعلامية مفتوحة في 31 أيار/مايو 2012، ودورة استثنائية للمجلس في 1 حزيران/يونيه 2012.
