In that respect, working paper A/AC.182/L.79 on the implementation of the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations related to assistance to third States affected by the application of sanctions under Chapter VII of the Charter was particularly relevant.

٤٠ - واستطردت المتحدثة قائلة إن اللجنة الخاصة المعنية بالميثاق استعرضت أيضا مسألة تطبيق أحكام الميثاق فيما يتعلق بمساعدة الدول الثالثة المتضررة من تطبيق جزاءات بموجب الفصل السابع من الميثاق.

The Special Committee had also considered an item which was of particular importance to his delegation, mainly the implementation of the provisions of the Charter related to assistance to third States affected by the application of sanctions under Chapter VII of the Charter.
٦٤ - وقد نظرت اللجنة الخاصة أيضا في مسألة يوليها الوفد الهندي أهمية خاصة ألا وهي تطبيق المادة ٥٠ من الميثاق فيما يخص مساعدة الدول الثالثة المتضررة من تطبيق جزاءات بموجب الفصل السابع من الميثاق.

The starting-point for the implementation of the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations related to assistance to third States affected by the application of sanctions under Chapter VII of the Charter must be Article 50 of the Charter.
