The Constitution sets forth another limitation under article 3 (3): " Activities of trade unions and the establishment and operation of other associations protecting economic and social interests can be restricted by law if such a measure is unavoidable in a democratic society to protect the security of the State, public order, or the rights and freedoms of others. "
وينص الدستور على قيد آخر في مادته 37(3)، بما مفاده أنه " يجوز قانوناً تقييد أنشطة النقابات وتقييد تأسيس وتشغيل جمعيات أخرى تحمي المصالح الاقتصادية والاجتماعية إذا لم يوجد في مجتمع ديمقراطي أي سبيل آخر لتفادي مثل هذا التدبير لصون أمن الدولة أو النظام العام أو حقوق الآخرين وحرياتهم " .
