Firstly, it should be recalled here that the territories under discussion, which are totally unpopulated, are under full control of the duly elected authorities of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic.
أولا، يجدر بالإشارة هنا أن الأراضي موضوع النقاش، وهي غير مأهولة على الإطلاق، تقع تحت السيطرة الكاملة لسلطات جمهورية ناغورنو كاراباخ المنتخبة حسب الأصول.

Two soldiers of the defence forces of the Republic of Nagorny Karabakh were wounded.

In fact, on 14 June 1999, Azerbaijani formations, having violated the ceasefire regime, once again attempted to move their positions into direct contact with the lines of defence of the Republic of Nagorny Karabakh.
وحقيقة اﻷمر هي أنه في ١٤ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٩، قامت تشكيلات أذربيجانية بمحاولة جديدة لتحريك مواقعها بحيث تصبح في مواجهة خطوط دفاع جمهورية ناغورنو كاراباخ مباشرة، خارقة بذلك اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار.

It should be noted that on many previous occasions the authorities of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic had extended an invitation to the OSCE Chairman-in-Office requesting dispatch of a monitoring team to assess the situation on the ground.
ويجدر بالملاحظة أنه في العديد من المناسبات السابقة، وجهت سلطات جمهورية ناغورنو كاراباخ دعوة إلى الرئيس الحالي لمنظمة الأمن والتعاون في أوروبا، تطلب فيها إرسال فريق للرصد على سبيل الاستعجال من أجل تقييم الحالة على الأرض.

It is noteworthy that the recent provocation was carried out from the territories of the NKR occupied by Azerbaijan.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن العمل الاستفزازي الجديد شُن من أراضي جمهورية ناغورنو كاراباخ التي تحتلها أذربيجان.

The date of 9 May is a triple holiday for the people of Nagorno Karabakh Republic (Republic of Artsakh).
يوم 9 أيار/مايو هو عطلة ثلاثية بالنسبة لشعب جمهورية ناغورنو كاراباخ (جمهورية أرتساخ).
