(ب) إصدار القانون رقم 29 المؤرخ 2 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2013 المتعلق بالعدالة الانتقالية، الذي يُبدأ معه في التصدي لمسألتي المصالحة الوطنية والحوار الوطني الشامل للجميع وذلك بتشكيل لجنة لتقصي الحقائق والمصالحة تُعنى بانتهاكات حقوق الإنسان المرتكَبة في ظل النظام السابق وكذلك أثناء الفترة الانتقالية، وبتقرير مهلة قدرها 90 يوماً للانتهاء من عملية فرز جميع الأشخاص المحتجزين من دون تُهم؛
