134. The Committee recommends that the State party make greater efforts to ensure that all children within its jurisdiction enjoy all the rights enshrined in the Convention without discrimination, in accordance with article 2, by effectively implementing the existing laws that guarantee the principle of non-discrimination.
134- توصي اللجنة بأن تعمل الدولة الطرف على بذل المزيد من الجهود لضمان تمتع جميع الأطفال الخاضعين لولايتها بجميع الحقوق المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية دون تمييز وفقاً لأحكام المادة 2، من خلال التنفيذ الفعال للقوانين القائمة التي تكفل مبدأ عدم التمييز.

838. The Committee recommends that the State party, in accordance with article 2 of the Convention, take more effective measures to ensure that all children within its jurisdiction enjoy all the rights enshrined in the Convention on the basis of non-discrimination by effectively implementing existing laws which guarantee that principle.
838- توصي اللجنة بأن تقوم الدولة الطرف، وفقاً لأحكام المادة 2 من الاتفاقية، باتخاذ تدابير أكثر فعالية لضمان تمتع جميع الأطفال الخاضعين لولايتها بجميع الحقوق الواردة في الاتفاقية على أساس عدم التمييز، وذلك عن طريق تنفيذ القوانين القائمة التي تضمن احترام هذا المبدأ تنفيذاً فعالاً.

522. The Committee recommends that the State party ensure that all children within its jurisdiction are treated equally under the law and recommends in particular, that a right to health care be provided to all children.

The Committee notes that these two international human rights instruments would strengthen the efforts of the State party to meet its obligations in guaranteeing the rights of all children under its jurisdiction.

In relation with the growing role of private educational and health institutions, the Committee recommends that a stronger emphasis be placed on public education and the social welfare system by the Government with a view to ensuring that all children subject to the jurisdiction of the State party enjoy these fundamental rights, as well as to prevent any risk of discrimination.
٠٣- وفيما يتعلق بالدور المتزايد للمؤسسات التعليمية والصحية الخاصة، توصي اللجنة بأن تؤكد الحكومة تأكيدا أقوى على التعليم العام وعلى نظام الرعاية الاجتماعية بغية كفالة أن يتمتع جميع اﻷطفال الخاضعين للولاية القضائية للدولة الطرف بهذه الحقوق اﻷساسية، وكذلك بغية منع أي خطر لحدوث تمييز.
