وتوصي كذلك بأن تكفل الدولة الطرف حصول جميع الأطفال الضحايا على تعويضات عن الأضرار من الأشخاص المسؤولين قانوناً وفقاً للفقرة 4 من المادة 9 من البروتوكول الاختياري.

Bill C2 also created amendments to strengthen provisions that facilitate the testimony of all child victims/witnesses; these came into force on January 2, 2006.

The Committee recommends that the State party continue and strengthen measures to ensure that all child victims up to the age of 18 receive adequate protection and specialized assistance, in accordance with article 8, paragraph 1, of the Protocol and with the Guidelines on Justice in Matters involving Child Victims and Witnesses of Crime.
وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بمواصلة وتعزيز التدابير التي تكفل تلقي جميع الأطفال الضحايا حتى بلوغهم سن 18 عاماًَ الحماية المناسبة والمساعدة المتخصصة، وفقاً لأحكام الفقرة 1 من المادة 8 من البروتوكول والمبادئ التوجيهية بشأن العدالة في الأمور المتعلقة بالأطفال ضحايا الجريمة والشهود عليها.

The Committee strongly recommends that the State party ensure the application of special protection measures in criminal proceedings to all child victims and witnesses up to the age of 18 is considered as mandatory.
27- توصي اللجنة بقوة بأن تضمن الدولة الطرف تطبيق تدابير الحماية الخاصة في الإجراءات الجنائية على جميع الأطفال الضحايا والشهود حتى سن الثامنة عشرة واعتبارها إلزامية.

The Committee strongly recommends that the State party ensure the application of special protection measures in criminal proceedings to all child victims and witnesses up to the age of 18, which are to be considered as mandatory.
41- توصي اللجنة بأن تضمن الدولة الطرف تطبيق تدابير الحماية الخاصة و`التي يجب اعتبارها إلزامية` في الإجراءات الجنائية على جميع الأطفال الضحايا والشهود حتى سن الثامنة عشرة.

61. CRC recommended protecting all child victims and witnesses through all stages of criminal processes.
61- وأوصت لجنة حقوق الطفل بحماية جميع الأطفال الضحايا والشهود في جميع مراحل الإجراءات الجنائية(140).

Guarantee that all child victims and their families have access to adequate procedures to seek, without discrimination, compensation for damages;
(ج) ضمان تمكّن جميع الأطفال الضحايا وأسرهم من التوسل بالإجراءات المناسبة لالتماس التعويض عن الأضرار التي لحقت بهم، دون تمييز؛

The Committee recommends that the State party ensure that adequate human, financial and technical resources, as well as high-quality services, are available for the assistance of all child victims, their physical and psychological recovery and their full social reintegration, in accordance with article 9, paragraph 3, of the Optional Protocol.
37- توصي اللجنة بأن تضمن الدولة الطرف توافر ما يكفي من الموارد البشرية والمالية والتقنية، فضلاً عن الخدمات العالية الجودة، لمساعدة جميع الأطفال الضحايا ولتعافيهم الجسدي والنفسي وإعادة إدماجهم الاجتماعي التام، بموجب الفقرة 3 من المادة 9 من البروتوكول الاختياري.

(b) To amend without delay the Combating of Rape Act (Act No. 8 of 2000) in order to adequately protect all child victims and witnesses of sexual violence and abuse;
(ب) التعجيل بتعديل قانون مكافحة الاغتصاب (القانون رقم 8 لعام 2000) من أجل حماية جميع الأطفال الضحايا والشهود على العنف والاعتداء الجنسيين على النحو المناسب؛

(c) Ensure that all child victims have access to adequate procedures to seek, without discrimination, compensation for damages from those legally responsible in accordance with article 9, paragraph 4, of the Optional Protocol;

(a) Ensure that adequate resources are earmarked for services to assist all child victims, boys and girls, including for their full social reintegration and their full physical and psychosocial recovery, in accordance with article 9, paragraph 3, of the Optional Protocol; and

(g) all child victims have access to adequate procedures to seek, without discrimination, compensation for damages from those legally responsible, in accordance with article 9, paragraph 4, of the Optional Protocol.

(ب) تأمين وصول جميع الأطفال الضحايا إلى إجراءات مناسبة لكي يتمكنوا، دون تمييز، من طلب تعويض عن الأضرار التي لحقت بهم، من الأشخاص المسؤولين قانوناً، وفقاً للفقرة 4 من المادة 9 من البروتوكول الاختياري، وإنشاء صندوق لتعويض الضحايا، في الحالات التي لا يمكن فيها للضحايا الحصول على التعويض من الجناة؛

(d) Guarantee that all child victims have access to adequate procedures to seek, without discrimination, compensation for damages from those legally responsible, in accordance with article 9, paragraph 4, of the Optional Protocol, and establish a fund for compensation for victims, for those cases where they cannot obtain compensation from the perpetrator;
(د) ضمان إمكانية جميع الأطفال الضحايا اللجوء إلى إجراءات مناسبة، بدون تمييز، لالتماس التعويض عن الأضرار التي تلحق بهم من المسؤولين قانونياً عنها وفقاً للفقرة 4 من المادة 9 من البروتوكول الاختياري، وإنشاء صندوق للتعويض خاص بالضحايا، في الحالات التي لا يمكن الحصول فيها على تعويض من الجاني؛

(i) To ensure that all child victims have access to adequate procedures to seek, without discrimination, compensation for damages from those legally responsible and to avoid unnecessary delay in the disposition of cases and the execution of orders or decrees granting compensation; and
(ط) ضمان تمكين جميع الأطفال الضحايا من الإجراءات المناسبة في السعي للحصول، دون تمييز، على تعويض عن الأضرار التي لحقت بهم من الجهات المسؤولة قانوناً عن ذلك، وتفادي التأخير الذي لا لزوم لـه في البت في القضايا وتنفيذ الأوامر أو القرارات القاضية بمنح التعويضات؛
