The draft resolution urges all States to take effective measures to address gender-based violence and encourages organizations of the United Nations to strengthen their support services for victims.
ويحث مشروع القرار جميع الدول على اتخاذ تدابير فعالة لمعالجة العنف على أساس النوع، ويشجع منظمات الأمم المتحدة على تعزيز ما تقدمه من خدمات إلى الضحايا.

Recognizes that crimes such as genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and torture are violations of international law and that perpetrators of such crimes should be prosecuted or extradited by States, and urges all States to take effective measures to implement their obligations to prosecute or extradite perpetrators of such crimes;
11- ترى أن جرائم مثل الإبادة الجماعية والجرائم المرتكبة ضد الإنسانية وجرائم الحرب والتعذيب هي انتهاكات للقانون الدولي وأنه ينبغي قيام الدول بمقاضاة مرتكبي هذه الجرائم أو بتسليمهم، وتحث جميع الدول على اتخاذ تدابير فعالة لتنفيذ التزاماتها بمقاضاة مرتكبي هذه الجرائم أو بتسليمهم؛

" 2. We call upon States, in opposing all forms of racism, to recognize the need to counter anti-Semitism, anti-Arabism and Islamophobia worldwide and urge all States to take effective measures to prevent the emergence of movements based on racism and discriminatory ideas concerning these communities.
" 2- وندعو الدول إلى الاعتراف، في سياق مناهضة جميع أشكال العنصرية، بضرورة التصدي لمعاداة السامية والعرب والإسلام في شتى أنحاء العالم، ونحث جميع الدول على اتخاذ تدابير فعالة لمنع ظهور حركات تقوم على العنصرية والأفكار التمييزية ضد هذه الجماعات.

2. Recognizes that States must prosecute or extradite perpetrators of international crimes such as genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and torture in accordance with their international obligations, and urges all States to take effective measures to implement these obligations;
2- تقر بأن على الدول مقاضاة مرتكبي الجرائم الدولية كالإبادة الجماعية والجرائم المرتكبة ضد الإنسانية وجرائم الحرب والتعذيب أو تسليمهم عملاً بالتزاماتها الدولية، وتحث جميع الدول على اتخاذ تدابير فعالة لتنفيذ هذه الالتزامات؛

10. 2. Recognizes that States must prosecute or extradite perpetrators, including accomplices, of international crimes such as genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and torture in accordance with their international obligations in order to bring them to justice, and urges all States to take effective measures to implement these obligations;
2- تقر بأن على الدول مقاضاة مرتكبي الجرائم الدولية كالإبادة الجماعية والجرائم المرتكبة ضد الإنسانية وجرائم الحرب والتعذيب أو تسليمهم، بمن في ذلك شركاؤهم عملاً بالتزاماتها الدولية من أجل تقديمهم إلى العدالة، وتحث جميع الدول على اتخاذ تدابير فعالة لتنفيذ هذه الالتزامات؛

10. Urges all States to take effective measures against illicit traffic in and circulation of small arms, to help programmes and projects aimed at the safe destruction of surplus stocks of small arms and light weapons, and stresses the importance of closer cooperation among States, inter alia, in crime prevention, combating illicit trade of people, drug trafficking and money laundering;
10 - تحث جميع الدول على اتخاذ تدابير فعالة ضد الاتجار غير المشروع في الأسلحة الصغيرة وتداولها غير المشروع، لمساعدة البرامج والمشاريع الرامية إلى التدمير المأمون للفائض في مخزون الأسلحـــة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة، وتؤكد أهمية توثيق تعاون الدول فيما بينها، في جملة مجالات منها منع الجريمة ومكافحة الاتجار غير المشروع بالبشر، والاتجار بالمخدرات وغسل الأموال؛

It also recognized that crimes such as genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and torture were violations of international law and that perpetrators of such crimes should be prosecuted or extradited by States, and urged all States to take effective measures to implement their obligations to prosecute or extradite perpetrators of such crimes.
وأقرت أيضا بأن جرائم مثل الإبادة الجماعية، والجرائم المرتكبة ضد الإنسانية، وجرائم الحرب، والتعذيب، هي انتهاكات للقانون الدولي، وبأنه ينبغي للدول أن تقوم بمقاضاة مرتكبي هذه الجرائم أو بتسليمهم، وحثَّت جميع الدول على اتخاذ تدابير فعالة لتنفيذ التزاماتها بمقاضاة مرتكبي هذه الجرائم أو بتسليمهم().

The Outcome Document further urged all Member States to implement paragraph 150 of the Durban Programme of Action, which called upon States, in opposing all forms of racism, to recognize the need to counter antiSemitism, anti-Arabism and Islamophobia worldwide, and urged all States to take effective measures to prevent the emergence of movements based on racism and discriminatory ideas concerning these communities.
كما حثت الوثيقة الختامية جميع الدول الأعضاء على تنفيذ الفقرة 150 من برنامج عمل ديربان، التي دعت الدول إلى أن تسلم في سياق مناهضة جميع أشكال العنصرية بضرورة التصدي لمعاداة السامية ومعاداة العروبة وكره الإسلام في جميع أنحاء العالم، وحثت جميع الدول على اتخاذ تدابير فعالة لمنع ظهور حركات تقوم على أساس أفكار العنصرية والتمييز ضد هذه الجماعات.
