3 - تكفل الدول الأطراف تمتع الأطفال المعوقين بالحق في التعبير بحرية عن آرائهم في جميع المسائل التي تمسهم على أساس المساواة مع غيرهم من الأطفال وتوفير المساعدة على ممارسة ذلك الحق، بما يتناسب مع إعاقتهم وسنهم.

3. States Parties shall ensure that children with disabilities have the right to express their views freely on all matters affecting them, their views being given due weight in accordance with their age and maturity, on an equal basis with other children, and to be provided with disability and age-appropriate assistance to realize that right.
3 - تكفل الدول الأطراف تمتع الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة بالحق في التعبير بحرية عن آرائهم في جميع المسائل التي تمسهم مع إيلاء الاهتمام الواجب لآرائهم هذه وفقا لسنهم ومدى نضجهم، وذلك على قدم المساواة مع غيرهم من الأطفال وتوفير المساعدة على ممارسة ذلك الحق، بما يتناسب مع إعاقتهم وسنهم.

States parties shall address discrimination, including against vulnerable or marginalized groups of children, to ensure that children are assured their right to be heard and are enabled to participate in all matters affecting them on an equal basis with all other children.
وتتصدى الدول الأطراف إلى التمييز، بما فيه التمييز ضد الفئات المستضعفة أو المهمشة من الأطفال، ضماناً لحق الأطفال في الاستماع إليهم وتمكينهم من المشاركة في جميع المسائل التي تمسهم على قدم المساواة مع بقية الأطفال.

Achieving meaningful opportunities for the implementation of article 12 will necessitate dismantling the legal, political, economic, social and cultural barriers that currently impede children's opportunity to be heard and their access to participation in all matters affecting them.
ويقتضي تحقيق الفرص الهادفة لتنفيذ المادة 12 تذليل العقبات القانونية والسياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية التي تعرقل حالياً فرصة الأطفال في الاستماع إليهم وفي تمكنهم من المشاركة في جميع المسائل التي تمسهم.

260. The Committee recommends that the State party continue to promote, facilitate and implement in practice, within the family, schools, community, other institutions as well as in judicial and administrative procedures, the principle of respect for the views of children in all matters affecting them, in accordance with article 12 of the Convention.
260- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بمواصلة تعزيز مبدأ احترام آراء الأطفال في جميع المسائل التي تمسهم وتيسير إعمال هذا المبدأ وتنفيذه عملياً داخل الأسرة وفي المدارس والمجتمع المحلي والمؤسسات الأخرى وكذلك في الإجراءات القضائية والإدارية، طبقاً للمادة 12 من الاتفاقية.

1008. The Committee urges States parties to move from an events based approach to the right to participation to the systematic inclusion of children in policy matters, to ensure that they can express their views and effectively participate in all matters affecting them.
1008- تحث اللجنة الدول الأطراف، فيما يتعلق بالحق في المشاركة، على التحول عن اتباع نهج قائم على إشراك الأطفال في مناسبات معينة إلى إشراك الأطفال بصفة منهجية في مسائل السياسة العامة، لكي تكفل لهم إمكانية الإعراب عن آرائهم والمشاركة الفعّالة في جميع المسائل التي تمسهم.

3. States Parties shall ensure that children with disabilities have the right to express their views freely on all matters affecting them, their views being given due weight in accordance with their age and maturity, on an equal basis with other children, and to be provided with disability and age-appropriate assistance to realize that right.
3 - تكفل الدول الأطراف تمتع الأطفال المعوقين بالحق في التعبير بحرية عن آرائهم في جميع المسائل التي تمسهم مع إيلاء الاهتمام الواجب لآرائهم هذه وفقا لسنهم ومدى نضجهم، وذلك على أساس المساواة مع غيرهم من الأطفال وتوفير المساعدة على ممارسة ذلك الحق، بما يتناسب مع إعاقتهم وسنهم.

(b) Promote and facilitate respect for the views of children and ensure their participation in all matters affecting them in all spheres of society, particularly in the family, in school and in communities, in accordance with article 12 of the Convention;
(ب) تشجيع وتيسير احترام آراء الأطفال وضمان مشاركتهم في جميع المسائل التي تمسهم في كل مجالات المجتمع، ولا سيما داخل الأسرة وفي المدرسة وفي المجتمعات المحلية، وفقاً لأحكام المادة 12 من الاتفاقية؛

8. In its consideration of States parties' reports on the implementation of the Convention, the Committee has systematically stressed the importance of children's right to express their views in all matters affecting them and for those views to be given due weight in accordance with the age and maturity of the child.
8 - وقد شدَّدت اللجنة بصورة منهجية، لدى نظرها في تقارير الدول الأطراف بشأن تنفيذ الاتفاقية، على أهمية حق الأطفال في التعبير عن آرائهم في جميع المسائل التي تمسهم وأن تعطى تلك الآراء ما تستحقه من وزن وفقا لعمر الطفل ودرجة نضجه.

It also recommended that the Government take measures to promote respect for the views of children, especially girls, belonging to minorities and indigenous peoples and facilitate their participation in all matters affecting them.
وأوصت أيضاً بأن تتخذ الحكومة تدابير لتعزيز احترام آراء الأطفال المنتمين إلى أقليات وإلى الشعوب الأصلية، لا سيما البنات منهم، وتيسير مشاركتهم في جميع المسائل التي تمسهم(90).

(3) States Parties shall ensure that children with disabilities have the right to express their views freely on all matters affecting them, their views being given due weight in accordance with their age and maturity, on an equal basis with other children, and to be provided with disability and age-appropriate assistance to realize that right.
(3) تكفل الدول الأطراف تمتع الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة بالحق في التعبير بحرية عن آرائهم في جميع المسائل التي تمسهم مع إيلاء الاهتمام الواجب لآرائهم هذه وفقاً لسنهم ومدى نضجهم، وذلك على قدم المساواة مع غيرهم من الأطفال وتوفير المساعدة على ممارسة ذلك الحق، بما يتناسب مع إعاقتهم وسنهم.
