٨ - تدعو المؤسسات المعنية باﻷمر في منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية إلى تكثيف جهودها من أجل تقديم جميع المساعدات الممكنة لﻷطفال ضحايا اﻷلغام المضادة لﻷفراد، والذين يصابون في حالات كثيرة بعجز مدى الحياة، بغية ضمان إعادة تأهيلهم بدنيا ونفسيا وإعادة ادماجهم اجتماعيا، وإلى القيام بمؤازرة الجهود الميدانية التي تبذلها المنظمات غير الحكومية من أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف.

It requests the Secretary-General to continue to mobilize all possible assistance within the United Nations system to help the Government of Liberia in its reconstruction and development efforts, and to undertake, when conditions permit, in close collaboration with the authorities of Liberia, an overall assessment of needs, with the objective of holding a round-table conference of donors for the reconstruction and development of Liberia.
وتطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل بذل جهوده لحشد جميع المساعدات الممكنة داخل منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة لمساعدة حكومة ليبريا فيما تبذله من جهود للتعمير والتنمية، وأن يضع عندما تسمح الظروف بذلك وبالتعاون الوثيق مع سلطات ليبريا، تقديرا شاملا للاحتياجات بغية عقد مؤتمر مائدة مستديرة للجهات المانحة من أجل تعمير ليبريا وتنميتها.

21. Expressing their concern over the grave situation created by the massive influx of refugees to Gabon resulting from ongoing wars in neighbouring countries, the Ministers called upon the United Nations and in particular the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees to extend all possible assistance to Gabon, especially to reduce the danger created by the arrival of armed refugees in its territory.
٢١ - وطلب الوزراء، إذ أعربوا عن قلقهم إزاء الحالة الخطيرة الناشئة عن التدفقات الكبيرة للاجئين إلى غابون نتيجة للحروب الدائرة في البلدان المجاورة، إلى اﻷمم المتحدة وبصفة خاصة مفوضة اﻷمم المتحدة السامية لشئون اللاجئين أن تقدم جميع المساعدات الممكنة إلى غابون، لا سيما من أجل تخفيض الخطر الناجم عن وصول اللاجئين المسلحين إلى أراضيها.
