٦٣ - وفي الجلسة ١٧ المعقودة في ١ نيسان/أبريل، أدخل ممثل الولايات المتحدة اﻷمريكية تنقيحا شفويا على الفقرة ٨ من منطوق مشروع القرار نتيجة لمشاورات غير رسمية، وذلك بإضافة عبارة " في أفغانستان " بعد عبارة " جميع برامج اﻷمم المتحدة " .
