Proceeding from the fact that confidence-building measures are by nature an integral part of the Geneva Peace process under the auspices of the United Nations, which is facilitating progress towards a comprehensive political settlement of the conflict;
وانطلاقا من أن تدابير بناء الثقة تمثل بحكم طبيعتها جزءا لا يتجزأ من عملية جنيف للسلام التي ترعاها الأمم المتحدة، وهو أمر من شأنه أن يتيح الاقتراب من تحقيق تسوية سياسية شاملة للصراع.

A good platform has been created for further progress in reaching mutual understanding and accord between the two Sides, and in fostering the Geneva Peace process.
كما أرسيت أسس متينة لمواصلة التقدم في تحقيق التفاهم والوفاق بين الجانبين، وفي إثراء عملية جنيف للسلام.

The Union fully supports the efforts undertaken by the United Nations within the framework of the Geneva Peace process to engage the parties in a direct dialogue.
والاتحاد يؤيد تأييدا تاما الجهود التي تبذلها اﻷمم المتحدة ضمن إطار عملية جنيف للسلام بغية إشراك اﻷطراف في حوار مباشر.

1. The two Sides recognize the need to improve and reinvigorate efforts in the field of confidence-building measures within the framework of the Geneva Peace process.
1 - يرى الجانبان أنه لا غنى عن السعي لتحسين وتعزيز الجهود المبذولة في ميدان تدابير بناء الثقة في إطار عملية جنيف للسلام.

OSCE has actively supported the lead role of the United Nations in the Geneva Peace process aimed at achieving a comprehensive political settlement of the conflict in Abkhazia.
كما دعمت المنظمة بنشاط الدور الرائد للأمم المتحدة في عملية جنيف للسلام الرامية للتوصل إلى تسوية سياسية شاملة للصراع في أبخازيا.

This mechanism, which is under the framework of the Geneva Peace process led by the United Nations, is convened, in accordance with its statutes, not less than once every two months.
وتجتمع هذه اﻵلية، التي تندرج في إطار عملية جنيف للسلام بقيادة اﻷمم المتحدة، مرة كل شهرين على أقل تقدير، وفقا لنظامها اﻷساسي.

9. During the reporting period, a number of projects within the confidence-building measures component of the Geneva Peace process were carried out.

4. During the reporting period, my Special Representative continued to carry out consultations and preparatory work within the proven framework of the United Nations-led Geneva Peace process.
4 - وخلال الفترة المشمولة بالتقرير، واصل ممثلي الخاص القيام بمشاورات وأعمال تحضيرية في إطار عملية جنيف للسلام التي تقودها الأمم المتحدة، وهو إطار ثبتت جدواه.

Should these efforts, and possible future agreements within the framework of the Geneva Peace process, result in a tangible improvement of the security situation, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) may enact existing contingency plans to assist the returnees to the Gali district and redeploy resources and staff that were temporarily withdrawn.
وإذا ما أسفرت هذه الجهود، وما قد يُعقد في المستقبل من اتفاقات في إطار عملية جنيف للسلام في إحداث تحسن ملموس في الحياة الأمنية، فإن مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لشؤون اللاجئين قد تقوم بتنفيذ خطط الطوارئ القائمة لمساعدة العائدين إلى مقاطعة غالي وإعادة نشر الموارد والموظفين الذين تم سحبهم مؤقتا.

The third Meeting on Confidence-building Measures between the Georgian and Abkhaz Sides within the framework of the Geneva Peace process under the auspices of the United Nations, took place in Yalta on 15 and 16 March 2001, under the chairmanship of the Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General, Mr. Dieter Boden.
عقد الاجتماع الثالث بين الجانبين الجورجي والأبخازي بشأن تعزيز تدابير بناء الثقة في إطار عملية جنيف للسلام التي ترعاها الأمم المتحدة في يالطا في 15 و 16 آذار/مارس 2001 برئاسة السيد ديتر بودين، الممثل الخاص للأمين العام للأمم المتحدة.

The third Meeting on Confidence-building Measures between the Georgian and Abkhaz Sides took place on 15 and 16 March 2001 in Yalta, at the invitation of the Government of Ukraine, under the chairmanship of the Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for Georgia, Mr. Dieter Boden, within the framework of the Geneva Peace process for the settlement of the conflict under the auspices of the United Nations.
عُقد الاجتماع الثالث بين الجانبين الجورجي والأبخازي بشأن تدابير بناء الثقة في 15 و 16 آذار/مارس 2001 في يالطا بناء على دعوة من حكومة أوكرانيا وبرئاسة السيد ديتر بودين، الممثل الخاص للأمين العام في جورجيا، وذلك في إطار عملية جنيف للسلام التي ترعاها الأمم المتحدة والرامية إلى التوصل إلى تسوية للصراع.

3. Within the proven framework of the Geneva Peace process and its mechanisms, my Special Representative, in cooperation with the Russian Federation as facilitator, the members of the group of Friends of the Secretary-General for Georgia and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), continued to work, together with the Georgian and Abkhaz sides, to address all issues of the settlement process.
3 - في إطار عملية جنيف للسلام وآليات تنفيذها المحققة، واصل ممثلي الخاص بالتعاون مع الاتحاد الروسي الذي اضطلع بدور الميسِّــر، وأعضاء مجموعة أصدقاء الأمين العام من أجل جورجيا، ومنظمة الأمن والتعاون في أوروبا العمل مع الجانبين الجورجي والأبخازي لمعالجة جميع القضايا المتصلة بعملية التسوية.

From 20 to 24 November 2000, the joint assessment mission to the Gali district was carried out, under the aegis of the United Nations and within the framework of the United Nations-led Geneva Peace process for the settlement of the conflict in Abkhazia, Georgia.
خلال الفترة الممتدة من 20 إلى 24 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2000، أوفدت بعثة التقييم المشتركة إلى مقاطعة غالي تحت رعاية الأمم المتحدة وفي إطار عملية جنيف للسلام التي تقودها الأمم المتحدة لتسوية النزاع في أبخازيا بجورجيا.

The calls of the Albanian President for lifting the arms embargo imposed on Bosnian Muslims and his opposition to the lifting of the sanctions against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia are provocative, and contrary to the efforts and goals of the Geneva Peace process and cast full light on Albania's increasingly unscrupulous policy of " fishing in muddy waters " in the Yugoslav crisis.
ان دعوات الرئيس اﻷلباني الى رفع حظر اﻷسلحة المفروض على مسلمي البوسنة ومعارضة رفع الجزاءات المفروضة على جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية انما تشكل استفزازا وتتعارض مع جهود ومرامي عملية جنيف للسلام وتسلط اﻷضواء على سياسة " الاصطياد في المياه العكرة " التي تنتهجها ألبانيا في اﻷزمة اليوغوسلافية باستهتار متزايد.
