It was observed that in some cases there are up to five official contact points in a country, including multiple contact points within a Ministry.
وقد لوحظ في بعض الحالات وجود خمس جهات اتصال رسمية في بلد واحد، وكذلك عدة جهات اتصال داخل وزارة واحدة.

The Conference requested the Secretariat to prepare a draft decision that would urge Parties to nominate official contact points and national focal points or, for those that had already done so, to confirm their nominations.
118- وطلب المؤتمر إلى الأمانة أن تعد مشروع مقرر يحث بموجبه الأطراف على ترشيح جهات اتصال رسمية وجهات اتصال وطنية لها، أو تأكيد ترشيحاتها إن كانت قد رشحت جهات اتصال سلفاً.

1. Urges Parties that have not already done so to nominate, in accordance with decision SC-2/16, official contact points to perform administrative functions and undertake all formal communication under the Convention for Parties;
1 - يحث الأطراف التي لم تقم بعد، وفقاً للمقرر " اتفاقية استكهولم - 2/16 " بتسمية جهات اتصال رسمية لأداء المهام الإدارية والاضطلاع بجميع الاتصالات الرسمية للأطراف بموجب الاتفاقية على أن تفعل ذلك؛

States not party to the Convention may also designate Stockholm Convention official contact points and national focal points for communications on matters relating to the Convention.
3 - ويجوز للدول غير الأطراف في الاتفاقية أيضاً أن تعيّن جهات اتصال رسمية وجهات تنسيق وطنية لإجراء الاتصالات بشأن المسائل ذات الصلة بالاتفاقية.

The official letter of invitation to the session would be issued in January 2009 and sent to official Strategic Approach focal points or, in the case of countries that had not named official focal points, to ministries of foreign affairs.
وسوف تصدر رسالة الدعوة الرسمية إلى الدورة في كانون الثاني/يناير 2009 وترسل إلى جهات الاتصال الخاصة بالنهج الاستراتيجي، أو في حالة البلدان التي لم تعين جهات اتصال رسمية بعد، إلى وزارات الخارجية.

As of 31 December 2008 101 Parties had nominated official contact points and 13 States not party to the Convention had nominated contact points for communication concerning the Convention.
وفي 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2008 كان 101 طرف قد عيّن جهات اتصال رسمية فيما عيّنت 13 دولة غير طرف في الاتفاقية جهات اتصال مكلّفة بإجراء الاتصالات الخاصة بالاتفاقية.

Urges parties to nominate official contact points and national focal points, if they have not already done so, using the revised form, as well as to confirm and provide the Secretariat with updated contact details for existing official contact points and national focal points;
2 - يحث الأطراف على تعيين جهات اتصال رسمية وجهات اتصال وطنية، إذا لم تكن قد فعلت ذلك بعد، باستخدام الاستمارة المنقحة، وكذلك على تزويد الأمانة بتفاصيل عناوين الاتصال المستكملة لجهات الاتصال الرسمية وجهات الاتصال الوطنية الحالية والتأكيد عليها؛

Invites States not party to the Convention to designate official contact points and national focal points, if they have not already done so, using the revised form;
3 - يدعو الدول غير الأطراف في الاتفاقية إلى تعيين جهات اتصال رسمية وجهات اتصال وطنية ،إذا لم تكن قد فعلت ذلك بعد ، باستخدام الاستمارة المنقحة؛

Urges parties to designate official contact points and designated national authorities, if they have not already done so, using the revised form, as well as to confirm and provide the Secretariat with updated contact details for existing official contact points and designated national authorities;
2 - يحث الأطراف على تعيين جهات اتصال رسمية وسلطات وطنية معيّنة، إذا لم تكن قد فعلت ذلك بعد، باستخدام الاستمارة المنقحة، وعلى تزويد الأمانة ببيانات محدّثة للتواصل مع جهات الاتصال الرسمية والسلطات الوطنية المعيّنة الحالية وتأكيد هذه البيانات؛
