وشدّد المتكلمون على أنه ينبغي أن تكون جهات الوصل المعنية باسترداد الموجودات مؤلفة من موظفين معيّنين من ذوي الخبرة الفنية في مجال التعاون الدولي وفي موقع يؤهلهم لمساعدة نظرائهم على معالجة الطلبات بفعالية.

At the request of the Working Group on Asset Recovery, UNODC started the process of collecting information on asset recovery focal points from the Governments of the States parties to the Convention.

In order to avoid duplication, the Working Group may wish to consider the possibility to fold the asset recovery focal points into the StAR-INTERPOL Focal Points or a possible network of Central Authorities suggested above.
