١٨ - وأعيد التأكيد في عام 2010 على الحاجة الملحة لتحقيق عالمية الانضمام إلى معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية وأهمية تحقيق ذلك، وأهيب بجميع الدول الأطراف أن تبذل قصارى جهدها في سبيل تعزيز عالمية الانضمام إلى المعاهدة، وألا تتخذ أي إجراءات يمكن أن تؤثر سلبا على فرص تحقيق عالمية الانضمام إليها.

19. Notwithstanding the reaffirmation of the urgency and importance of achieving the universality of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons and the call for States parties to make all efforts to promote universal adherence, and not to undertake any actions that could negatively affect the prospects for its universality, no progress has been made in this regard.
19 - ورغم إعادة التأكيد على الحاجة الملحة وأهمية تحقيق عالمية معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية والإهابة بجميع الدول الأطراف أن تبذل قصارى جهدها في سبيل تعزيز عالمية الانضمام إلى المعاهدة، وألا تتخذ أي إجراءات يمكن أن تؤثر سلبا على فرص تحقيق عالميتها، لم يتحقق أي تقدم في هذا الصدد.

19. 19 - ورغم إعادة تأكيد إلحاحية وأهمية تحقيق عالمية معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية والإهابة بجميع الدول الأطراف أن تبذل قصارى جهدها في سبيل تعزيز عالمية الانضمام إلى المعاهدة، وألا تتخذ أي إجراءات يمكن أن تؤثر سلبا على فرص تحقيق عالميتها، لم يتحقق أي تقدم في هذا الصدد.
