He informed the Meeting about the election, during the twentieth session, of Judge Joseph Akl as Vice-President of the Tribunal and Judge Hugo Caminos as President of the Seabed Disputes Chamber, and about the reconstitution of the chambers and committees following the election of seven judges of the Tribunal in 2005 (see SPLOS/136, paras. 18, 19 and 39).
وأحاط الاجتماع علما بأنه تم، خلال الدورة العشرين، انتخاب القاضي جوزيف عقل نائبا لرئيس المحكمة والقاضي هوغو كامينوس رئيسا لغرفة منازعات قاع البحار، وأحاطها علما بإعادة تشكيل الغرف واللجان عقب انتخاب سبعة قضاة في المحكمة في عام 2005 (انظر SPLOS/136، الفقرات 18 و 19 و 39).
