The dialogue began a year earlier and has proceeded on the basis of a draft discussion paper which summarizes changes in prison conditions since 1994, when the Cambodia Office issued a report entitled " The state of Cambodian prisons " .
وقد بدأ الحوار قبل عامٍ من الزمن واستمر على أساس مشروع ورقةٍ مناقشة توجز التغيرات التي طرأت على أوضاع السجون منذ عام 1994، عندما أصدر مكتب كمبوديا تقريراً بعنوان " حالة السجون في كمبوديا " .

The Government is continuing its efforts to improve the overall prison situation.

63. The authorities whom the Special Rapporteur interviewed, and in particular the Minister of Justice and the Director of Prisons, were very concerned by the prison situation.
٣٦- وقد أبدت السلطات التي التقى بها المقرر الخاص، وبخاصة وزير العدل ومدير السجون، قلقاً بالغاً إزاء حالة السجون.

While the question of Yemen was no longer on the Committee's agenda, his country was always willing to receive Special Rapporteurs and human rights organizations, which could in particular examine the prison situation in the country on a fully transparent basis.
