The State party recapitulated its earlier arguments, summarised in paragraph 4.2 above and added that under article 66 of the Law " On Notaries " , a notary attests to the authenticity of a copy of a document's duplicate, provided that the duplicate itself was either duly attested by a notary or issued by the same entity that produced the original document.
وأجملت الدولة الطرف حججها السابقة الواردة بإيجاز في الفقرة 4-2 أعلاه، وأضافت أن المادة 66 من القانون المتعلق " بالموثقين " تنص على شهادة كاتب العدل على صحة نسخة مطابقة من وثيقة ما، بشرط أن تكون النسخة المطابقة نفسها معتمدة حسب الأصول من جانب كاتب عدل أو صادرة عن نفس الهيئة التي أصدرت الوثيقة الأصلية.
