The Chairperson said that since fewer than four candidates had obtained the required majority, a third ballot, restricted to the four candidates who had obtained the largest number of votes in the previous ballot without having obtained the required majority, would be held to fill the remaining two vacancies.
4 - الرئيس: قال إن المرشحين الذين حصلوا على الأغلبية المطلوبة يقل عددهم عن أربعة، ومن ثم، فإنه سيجرى اقتراع ثالث يقتصر على المرشحين الأربعة الذين حصلوا على أكبر عدد من الأصوات في الاقتراع السابـق دون أن يحصلوا على الأغلبية المطلوبة، وذلك لشغل المقعدين الشاغرين المتبقيين.

20. The Chairperson said that, since only seven candidates had obtained the required majority, a second ballot, restricted to the four candidates who had obtained the next largest number of votes, would be held to fill the remaining two vacancies on the Committee, in accordance with rule 15 of the rules of procedure.
20- الرئيس: قال إنه نظراً إلى أن 7 مرشحين فقط قد حصلوا على الأغلبية المطلوبة يجب إجراء اقتراعٍ ثانٍ يقتصر على المرشحين الأربعة الذين حصلوا على أكبر عدد من الأصوات بعد المرشحين الفائزين، وذلك لملء الشاغرَين الباقيين في عضوية اللجنة، وفقاً للمادة 15 من النظام الداخلي.
