• obtaining in the first ballot

When two or more elective places are to be filled at one time under the same conditions, those candidates, not exceeding the number of such places, obtaining in the first ballot the majority required shall be elected.
إذا أريد شغل منصبين أو أكثر من المناصب التي تشغل بالانتخاب في وقت واحد وبشروط واحدة، ينتخب عدد، لا يتجاوز عدد تلك المناصب، من المرشحين الذين حصلوا في الاقتراع الأول على أغلبية الأصوات المطلوبة.

When two or more elective places are to be filled at one time under the same conditions, those candidates obtaining in the first ballot the majority required shall be elected.
إذا أريد شغل منصبين أو أكثر من المناصب الانتخابية في وقت واحد وبشروط واحدة، يُنتخب المرشحون الذين حصلوا في الاقتراع الأول على الأغلبية اللازمة.

1- متى أريد شغل منصب انتخابي واحد أو أكثر في وقت واحد وبالشروط نفسها، يُنتخب المرشحون الذين حصلوا في الاقتراع الأول على أغلبية الأصوات المدلى بها وأكبر عدد من الأصوات، على أن لا يتجاوز عددهم عدد تلك المناصب.
