(a) Take all necessary measures to ensure that child victims of the offences under the Optional Protocol, particularly children of foreign origin, are provided with appropriate assistance, including for their full social reintegration and physical and psychological recovery, by, inter alia, expeditiously implementing its planned rehabilitation programmes for victims of trafficking for sexual purposes and prostitution;
(أ) أن تتخذ كافة التدابير اللازمة لضمان حصول الأطفال ضحايا الجرائم المحظورة بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري، ولا سيما الأطفال من أصل أجنبي، على المساعدة اللازمة بما في ذلك إعادة إدماجهم بالكامل في المجتمع وتحقيق تعافيهم التام البدني والنفسي، وذلك من خلال التعجيل بتنفيذ برامج إعادة التأهيل التي تعتزم تنفيذها لصالح ضحايا الاتجار لأغراض جنسية وممارسة البغاء؛

(a) Ensure that adequate services are available for child victims of all practices covered under the Optional Protocol, including for their full social reintegration and their full physical and psychological recovery, in accordance with article 9, paragraph 3, of the Optional Protocol and ensure that adequate financial and human resources are allocated;
(أ) التأكد من حصول الأطفال ضحايا جميع الممارسات المشمولة بالبروتوكول الاختياري على الخدمات المناسبة، منها إعادة إدماجهم في المجتمع كلياً، وتعافيهم الجسدي والنفسي التام، وفقاً للفقرة 3 من المادة 9 من البروتوكول، ومن تخصيص ما يكفي من موارد مالية وبشرية؛

ECPAT recommended that a guardian be appointed without delay to every unaccompanied child; the procedure to obtain the status of victim of human trafficking should be reviewed to ensure that children victims of trafficking obtain it systematically; and that the residence permit for children victims of trafficking should not be conditioned to their cooperation with law enforcement authorities.
