5 - تهيب بالدول الأعضاء الإحجام عن سن أو إنفاذ أي تدابير قسرية من جانب واحد تستخدم كوسيلة للضغط السياسي أو العسكري أو الاقتصادي على أي بلد، وبخاصة على البلدان النامية، مما يمنع تلك البلدان من ممارسة حقها في أن تقرر بإرادتها الحرة طبيعة نظمها السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية؛

The Government expressed its concern over the continued use of unilateral coercive measures by certain powers as tools of political or economic pressure against any country, particularly against developing countries, with a view to preventing those countries from exercising their right to decide of their own free will, their own political, economic and social systems.
وأعربت الحكومة عن قلقها إزاء استمرار بعض القوى في استخدام التدابير القسرية المتخذة من جانب واحد كأدوات للضغط السياسي أو الاقتصادي على أي بلد، ولا سيما على البلدان النامية، وذلك بهدف منعها من ممارسة حقها في أن تقرر بمحض إرادتها نظمها السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية.

5 - تهيب بالدول الأعضاء الإحجام عن سن أو إنفاذ أي تدابير قسرية من جانب واحد متخذة ذلك وسيلة لفرض ضغوط سياسية أو عسكرية أو اقتصادية على أي بلد، وبخاصة على البلدان النامية، مما يمنع تلك البلدان من ممارسة حقها في أن تقرر بإرادتها الحرة طبيعة النظام السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي الخاص بها؛

There is no doubt that Member States represented here today would vigorously defend their right to determine their own national trade policy if it were called into question.
ولا شك في أن الدول الأعضاء الممثلة هنا اليوم ستدافع بقوة عن حقها في أن تقرر سياستها التجارية الوطنية إذا أثيرت تساؤلات حولها.
