17. The Special Representative is expected to submit annual reports on his or her activities to the Commission on Human Rights and to the General Assembly, and to make suggestions and recommendations enabling him or her better to carry out his or her tasks and activities.
17 - ويتوقع من الممثل الخاص أن يقدم تقارير سنوية عن أنشطته إلى لجنة حقوق الإنسان وإلى الجمعية العامة وأن يتقدم بأي مقترحات أو توصيات تمكِّنه من الاضطلاع بمهامه وأنشطته على نحو أفضل.

The Special Representative is also requested to submit annual reports on her activities to the Commission on Human Rights and to the General Assembly and to make any suggestions and recommendations enabling her better to carry out her tasks and activities (para. 6).
11- كما طُلب إلى الممثلة الخاصة أن تقدم تقارير سنوية عن أنشطتها إلى لجنة حقوق الإنسان وإلى الجمعية العامة وأن تتقدم بأية مقترحات وتوصيات تمكنها من الاضطلاع بمهامها وأنشطتها على نحو أفضل (الفقرة 6).

He believes it is necessary to repeat the appeal he has been making for some years to the Commission on Human Rights and the General Assembly to request the United States to return without delay all the documents of the Haitian Armed Forces and of the Front pour l'avancement et le progrès Haitien (FRAPH).

38. Since the situation of human rights in Iraq is worsening and the repression of civil and political rights continues unabated, the Special Rapporteur feels bound to renew the conclusions and recommendations he made in his previous reports to the Commission on Human Rights and the General Assembly.
38 - لما كانت حالة حقوق الإنسان في العراق آخذة في التفاقم وقمع الحقوق المدنية والسياسية مستمر بلا هوادة، فإن المقرر الخاص يشعر بأن من واجبه أن يكرر ما أعرب عنه من استنتاجات توصيات في تقاريره السابقة المقدمة إلى لجنة حقوق الإنسان وإلى الجمعية العامة.

27. The former Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance routinely addressed the issue of the World Conference and its follow-up in his country visits and reports to the Commission on Human Rights and the General Assembly.
27 - كان المقرر الخاص السابق المعني بالأشكال المعاصرة للعنصرية، والتمييز العنصري، وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب، يتناول بانتظام مسألة المؤتمر العالمي ومتابعته في الزيارات القطرية التي يقوم بها وفي تقاريره التي يقدمها إلى لجنة حقوق الإنسان وإلى الجمعية العامة.

وفي الدورة السادسة والخمسين للجنة حقوق الإنسان، طلبت اللجنة إلى الأمين العام تعيين ممثل خاص يُعنى بالمدافعين عـن حقـوق الإنسـان لفترة ولاية تمتد ثلاث سنوات، ودعت إلى قيام الممثل الخاص بتقديم تقرير سنويا إلى لجنة حقوق الإنسان وإلى الجمعية العامة (قرار اللجنة 2000/61).

In this context, he wishes to draw the attention of all interested parties to paragraph 14 (f) of the resolution, which mandates the Special Rapporteur to report regularly to the Commission on Human Rights and to the General Assembly (emphasis added).
وفي هذا السياق، يود توجيه انتباه جميع الأطراف المهتمة إلى أحكام الفقرة 14 (و) من القرار، التي تكلف المقرر الخاص بتقديم تقارير بانتظام إلى لجنة حقوق الإنسان وإلى الجمعية العامة (الحروف المائلة للتأكيد).
