إذ ترى أنه، وفقا للمبادئ المنصوص عليها في ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، يشكل الإقرار بما لجميع أعضاء الأسرة البشرية من كرامة أصيلة فيهم ومن حقوق متساوية وغير قابلة للتصرف أساس الحرية والعدل والسلام في العالم،

إذ تلاحظ أنه، وفقاً للمبادئ المنصوص عليها في ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، يشكل الإقرار بما لجميع أعضاء الأسرة البشرية من كرامة أصيلة فيهم ومن حقوق متساوية وغير قابلة للتصرف أساس الحرية والعدل والسلام في العالم،

To that end a set of instruments and national guidelines was devised, inspired, inter alia, by the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which acknowledges the intrinsic dignity and the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family.
ولتلك الغاية وضعت طائفة من الصكوك والمبادئ التوجيهية الوطنية مستلهمة، من جملة أمــور، مبــادئ اﻹعلان العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان الذي يقر بالكرامة المتأصلة لجميع أعضاء أسرة البشر وبما لهم من حقوق متساوية وغير قابلة للتصرف.

The preamble to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights stated that recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family was the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world, showing again human rights as a stepping stone to peace.
وتنص ديباجة العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية على أن الإقرار بما لجميع أعضاء الأسرة البشرية من كرامة أصيلة فيهم، ومن حقوق متساوية وغير قابلة للتصرف يشكل أساس الحرية والعدل والسلام في العالم، مبيناً مرة أخرى حقوق الإنسان كحجر زاوية لتحقيق السلم.

Moreover, the preamble to the Universal Declaration takes as its starting point the " recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family " .
وعلاوةً على ذلك، تبدأ ديباجة الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان ب " الإقرار بما لجميع أعضاء الأسرة البشرية من كرامة أصيلة فيهم ومن حقوق متساوية وغير قابلة للتصرف " .

The preamble to the Universal Declaration links the " inherent dignity " of all members of the human family to " their equal and inalienable rights " , thus highlighting the significance of equality as one of the architectural principles of human rights in general.
26- تربط ديباجة الإعلان العالمي " الكرامة الأصيلة " لجميع أعضاء الأسرة البشرية بما لهم من " حقوق متساوية وغير قابلة للتصرف " ، وهي بالتالي تلقي الضوء على أهمية المساواة بوصفها أحد المبادئ الأساسية لحقوق الإنسان بصورة عامة.

In the human rights framework, respect always relates to human beings, as evidenced in the opening sentence of the preamble of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which proclaims the " recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family " .
وفي إطار حقوق الإنسان، يرتبط الاحترام دائماً بالإنسان، مثلما يتبيّن من الجملة الافتتاحية في ديباجة الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان، التي تنص على " الإقرار بما لجميع أعضاء الأسرة البشرية من كرامة أصيلة فيهم، ومن حقوق متساوية وغير قابلة للتصرف " .
