(p) It should be reaffirmed that all States have the inalienable right to use nuclear energy for peaceful purposes, without discrimination, in conformity with article IV of the Treaty and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) safeguard system, which is a fundamental pillar for consolidating and enhancing the compliance and verification system for the non-proliferation regime.
(ع) ينبغي إعادة تأكيد حق جميع الدول غير القابل للتصرف في استخدام الطاقة النووية للأغراض السلمية دون تمييز بما يتفق مع المادة الرابعة من المعاهدة ونظام ضمانات الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية الذي يعتبر ركنا أساسيا لتوطيد وتعزيز نظام الامتثال والتحقق من نظام عدم الانتشار. ثالثا - التوصيات

In that regard, we underline the need to respect the inalienable right of all States to the use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes.
وفي ذلك الصدد، نشدد على الحاجة إلى احترام حق جميع الدول غير القابل للتصرف في استخدام الطاقة النووية للأغراض السلمية.
