وختاما، أود التأكيد مجددا على أن حكومة الجمهورية اليمنية تدعم كل الجهود الدولية الرامية إلى وضع المزيد من التدابير الاحترازية التي من شأنها أن تحد من تدفق الأسلحة إلى الأطراف من غير الدول.

the Government of the Republic of Yemen received Security Council resolution 924 (1994) concerning the situation in the Republic of Yemen on Thursday, 2 June 1994. The Council of Ministers immediately convened an emergency session, following which the annexed statement was issued.
لقد تلقت حكومة الجمهورية اليمنية قرار مجلس اﻷمن الدولي رقم ٩٢٤ الخاص بالحالة في الجمهورية اليمنية يوم الخميس ٢ يونيو الجاري، وعلى الفور عقد مجلس الوزراء اجتماعا استثنائيا صدر على إثره البيان المرفق.

" Now therefore the Government of the Republic of Yemen affirms its readiness to approach the resolution in a positive spirit and in such a manner as to bring about its implementation in full by all those concerned. "
فإن حكومة الجمهورية اليمنية لتؤكد استعدادها التعامل مع القرار بروح إيجابية وبما يؤدي الى تنفيذه بشكل متكامل من قبل جميع المعنيين.

The Government therefore welcomed any assistance in this domain provided by the United Nations and its organs or by friendly States to the Government of the Republic of Yemen.
ولذلك، فان الحكومة ترحب بأي مساعدة في هذا الميدان تقدمها اﻷمم المتحدة ومؤسساتها أو الدول الصديقة الى حكومة الجمهورية اليمنية.

Lastly, the Government of the Republic of Yemen expresses its profound gratitude and appreciation to the distinguished members of the Committee for their unstinting efforts to promote human rights throughout the world.
وفي الأخير، فإن حكومة الجمهورية اليمنية تعرب عن عميق شكرها وتقديرها لأعضاء اللجنة المحترمين على جهودهم المستمرة في سبيل الارتقاء بحقوق الإنسان في مختلف دول العالم.

the Government of the Republic of Yemen is pleased to provide clarifications in response to the distinguished Committee's questions and, in this regard, wishes to highlight the following points.
ويسر حكومة الجمهورية اليمنية أن تتقدم إلى اللجنة الموقرة بإيضاحات حول الاستفسارات الصادرة عن اللجنة، وتود التنويه في هذا الصدد إلى عدد من الإيضاحات الموجزة وهي:

191. We reiterate the statements made in the previous report. the Government of the Republic of Yemen remains committed to the principles enunciated in this article.
191- نؤكد ما ورد في سياق تقريرنا السابق، التزام حكومة الجمهورية اليمنية بالمبادئ الواردة في هذه المادة.

We confirm what was written in our previous report, i.e. that the Government of the Republic of Yemen complies with the principles enshrined in this article.
127- نؤكد على ما ورد في سياق تقريرنا السابق، التزام حكومة الجمهورية اليمنية بالمبادئ الواردة في هذه المادة.

I have the honour to enclose herewith the report of the Government of the Republic of Yemen regarding Security Council resolution 1624 (2005) (see enclosure).

The Committee may therefore refer for additional information to the two reports submitted by the Government of the Republic of Yemen concerning measures to combat terrorism.
ولذلك فيمكن للجنة الموقرة الرجوع إلى التقريرين المقدمين من حكومة الجمهورية اليمنية بشأن التدابير الخاصة بمكافحة الإرهاب للمزيد من الاطلاع...

In conclusion, on behalf of the Government of Yemen, I would like to extend our appreciation for the good work of Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon in managing this Organization and in improving its work.
وفي الختام، لا يسعني إلا أن أتقدم باسم حكومة الجمهورية اليمنية بالشكر والتقدير للجهود الطيبة للسيد بان كي - مون في إدارة هذه المنظمة وجهوده لتطويرها.

4. the Government of the Republic of Yemen should like to stress that it is difficult for Yemen, as for many countries, to find a perfect solution to any problem relating to the full enjoyment of human rights.
4- وتود حكومة الجمهورية اليمنية التنويه في هذا الصدد إلى أنه من الصعب أن تخلو اليمن تماماً من أي مشكلة فيما يتعلق بضمان التمتع التام بحقوق الإنسان، مثل كثير من دول العالم.
