In support of that process, in October 2014, the Special Representative joined the Government of Cambodia in launching its national household survey, the first to be completed in the East Asia and Pacific region.

When the survey is completed, a compilation of the programmes will be prepared aimed at facilitating participation by the Government of Cambodia in the United Nations Decade for Human Rights Education.

The head of the Cambodia office of the United Nations Centre for Human Rights should be appointed without delay in order to take charge of the Centre's mission in Cambodia and to ensure the continuing fulfilment of the obligations of the Centre to assist the Government of Cambodia in the promotion and protection of human rights as mandated by the Commission on Human Rights and envisaged in:
وينبغي دون تأخير تعيين رئيس مكتب كمبوديا التابع لمركز اﻷمم المتحدة لحقوق اﻹنسان من أجل الاضطلاع بمهمة المركز في كمبوديا وضمان الوفاء المستمر بالتزامات المركز المتعلقة بمساعدة حكومة كمبوديا في تعزيز وحماية حقوق اﻹنسان على النحو الذي فوضت به لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان وعلى النحو المتوخى في:

10. Welcomes the efforts made by the Government of Cambodia in combating corruption, including the implementation of the penal code and the anti-corruption law, as well as the activities of the Anti-Corruption Unit, and encourages the Government to continue such efforts;

VI.7 The Advisory Committee was informed, upon enquiry, that the Human Rights Office in Cambodia, which was mandated by the Commission on Human Rights in its resolution 1993/6, provides assistance to the Government of Cambodia in a number of areas.
سادسا-7 وأُبلغت اللجنة الاستشارية، ردا على استفسارها، بأن مكتب حقوق الإنسان في كمبوديا، الذي يستمد ولايته من قرار لجنة حقوق الإنسان 1993/6، يقدم المساعدة إلى حكومة كمبوديا في عدة مجالات.

Appeals to the Government of Cambodia to ensure that persons referred to in paragraph 3 above are brought to trial in accordance with international standards of justice, fairness and due process of law, as referred to in paragraph 4 above, and notes the assurances of the Government of Cambodia in this regard;

38. The Special Rapporteur welcomes the commitment of the Government of Cambodia in this regard, but at the same time would urge the Government to address the many allegations of collusion of members of the police and the judiciary with traffickers and brothel owners who are using children in prostitution.
38- وترحب المقررة الخاصة بالتزام حكومة كمبوديا في هذا الصدد، لكنها تود في الوقت ذاته أن تحث الحكومة على التصدي للادعاءات الكثيرة التي تشير إلى تواطؤ أفراد الشرطة والقضاء مع المتجرين ومالكي بيوت الدعارة الذين يستخدمون الأطفال في البغاء.

19. The Centre is already providing assistance to the Cambodian Government in the elaboration and implementation of national laws involving human rights issues, to ensure their compliance with international human rights standards.
