وتعقد شعبة الانتخابات اجتماعات مشتركة منتظمة مع المحكمة الانتخابية العليا، ومجلس المراقبة، المكون من ممثلين لجميع اﻷحزاب السياسية، ومديري حملات اﻷحزاب بهدف حل أي مشاكل قد تنشأ خلال الحملة.

The Group considers that the multilateral disarmament agreements provide a mechanism through which States parties may consult one another and cooperate in solving any problems that may arise in relation to the objective of, or in the application of, these agreements; such consultations and cooperation may also be undertaken through appropriate international procedures within the framework of the United Nations and in accordance with the Charter.
وترى المجموعة أن اتفاقات نزع السلاح المتعددة الأطراف توفر آلية يمكن للدول الأطراف من خلالها التشاور مع بعضها البعض والتعاون في حل أي مشاكل قد تنشأ بشأن الغرض من تلك الاتفاقات أو تطبيقها؛ ويمكن أيضاً إجراء تلك المشاورات والقيام بذلك التعاون من خلال الإجراءات الدولية الملائمة في إطار الأمم المتحدة ووفقاً لأحكام الميثاق.

The High Contracting Parties undertake to consult each other and to co-operate with each other bilaterally, through the Secretary-General of the United Nations or through other appropriate international procedures, to resolve any problems that may arise with regard to the interpretation and application of the provisions of this Protocol.
2- وتتعهد الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية بأن تتشاور وتتعاون فيما بينها على أساس ثنائي أو عن طريق الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أو من خلال الإجراءات الدولية المناسبة الأخرى، من أجل حل أي مشاكل قد تنشأ فيما يتعلق بتفسير أحكام هذا البروتوكول وتطبيقها.

2- تتعهد الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية بأن تتشاور وتتعاون فيما بينها على أساس ثنائي، أو عن طريق الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة، أو عن طريق الإجراءات الدولية المناسبة الأخرى، من أجل حل أي مشاكل قد تنشأ فيما يتعلق بتفسير وتطبيق أحكام هذا الصك.

7. Any High Contracting Party or Parties may seek assistance from the pool of experts regarding any concerns which relate to the fulfillment of its or their legal obligations or to resolve any problems that it or they may have with regard to the interpretation and application of the provisions of this Convention and any of its annexed Protocols by which it or they are bound.
7- لأي أطراف متعاقدة سامية أن تلتمس فرادى أو جماعات المساعدة من فريق الخبراء فيما يتعلق بأي مشاكل تشغلها على مستوى الوفاء بالتزاماتها القانونية أو حل أي مشاكل قد تعترضها فيما يتعلق بتفسير وتطبيق أحكام هذه الاتفاقية وأي من بروتوكولاتها الملحقة التي تلتزم بها.
