The Committee therefore regrets the absence of a State party's delegation composed of representatives from relevant ministries and institutions from Comoros, while underlining the benefits of broad-based participation in a constructive dialogue with the Committee to improve the implementation of the Convention at the national level.
وتعرب اللجنة بالتالي عن أسفها لعدم حضور وفد من الدولة الطرف يضم ممثلين عن الوزارات والمؤسسات المعنية في جزر القمر، مشددة على فوائد المشاركة الواسعة في حوار بنّاء مع اللجنة بغية تحسين تنفيذ الاتفاقية على المستوى الوطني.

33- عملاً بالممارسة المتَّبعة في كل هيئة من هيئات الأمم المتحدة المعنية برصد تنفيذ معاهدات حقوق الإنسان، يشارك ممثلو الدول المقدمة للتقارير في جلسات اللجنة عندما يُنظر في تقارير بلدانهم لضمان إجراء حوار بنّاء مع اللجنة.

In accordance with the established practice of each of the United Nations human rights treaty monitoring bodies, representatives of the reporting States should be present at the meetings of the Committee when their reports are examined in order to ensure a constructive dialogue with the Committee.
31- عملاً بالممارسة المتَّبعة في كل هيئة من هيئات الأمم المتحدة المعنية برصد تنفيذ معاهدات حقوق الإنسان، ينبغي أن يشارك ممثلو الدول المقدمة للتقارير في جلسات اللجنة عندما تبحث تقارير بلدانهم لضمان إجراء حوار بنّاء مع اللجنة.

Support was provided to States parties for reporting to the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women (including to Ecuador, Liberia and Timor-Leste), in preparing for the constructive dialogue with the Committee (including to Afghanistan, Cambodia and Tajikistan), and for implementation of the Committee's concluding observations (including to Indonesia, Mexico and Samoa).
وقُدم الدعم للدول الأطراف لرفع التقارير إلى اللجنة المعنية بالقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة (لدول منها إكوادور وتيمور - ليشتي وليبريا)، وفيما يتعلق بالتحضير لإجراء حوار بنّاء مع اللجنة (لدول منها أفغانستان وطاجيكستان وكمبوديا)، ولتنفيذ الملاحظات الختامية للجنة (بما في ذلك إندونيسيا وساموا والمكسيك).

In accordance with the established practice of each of the United Nations human rights treaty monitoring bodies, representatives of the reporting States are entitled to be present, and indeed their presence and participation are necessary, at the meetings of the Committee when their reports are examined in order to ensure a constructive dialogue with the Committee.
35- عملاً بالممارسة المتَّبعة في كل هيئة من هيئات الأمم المتحدة المعنية برصد تنفيذ معاهدات حقوق الإنسان، يحق لممثلي الدول المقدمة للتقارير حضور جلسات اللجنة، بل إن حضورهم ومشاركتهم في تلك الجلسات عندما يُنظر في تقارير دولهم، ضروريان لضمان إجراء حوار بنّاء مع اللجنة .
