393 - استعرض المجلس مدى معرفة موظفي قسم خدمات المشتريات التابع للصندوق بالسياسات المتعلقة بالغش وبنظام الإبلاغ، ولاحظ أن تلك السياسات لا تنص على آلية لإطلاع الموظفين أولا بأول على ما إذا كان قد تمت إجراءات تحقيقات وما هي الجزاءات (الإجراءات التأديبية) المتخذة عند الضرورة.
