Depending on the technology being used, such a " relying party " may be not only a person who might seek to rely on the signature, but also a person such as a certification service provider, a certificate revocation service provider and any other interested party.
ورهنا بالتكنولوجيا المستخدمة فان ذلك " الطرف المعوّل " يمكن أن يكون ليس فقط شخصا يسعى الى التعويل على توقيع بل أيضا شخصا مثل مقدم خدمات تصديق أو مقدم خدمات الغاء شهادات أو أي طرف معني آخر.

(e) “certification service provider” means a person that issues certificates and may provide other services related to electronic signatures;
(هـ) " مقدّم خدمات تصديق " يعني شخصا يصدر الشهادات ويجوز أن يقدم خدمات أخرى ذات صلة بالتوقيعات الإلكترونية؛
